    Galle, Dr. Gerard P.
Dr. Galle is my kids' doctor. We are able to make appointments with ease and be seen quickly. He is very thorough and I have faith in him as a clinician. He is kind and puts my children at ease. Highly recommended.

Arrived 15 minutes early and waited for an hour and had to reschedule for another day. Staff is always friendly.

The nurses are very sweet and good with the baby and the front office staff is very nice. One of them went out of her way to print some forms for me and let me pick them up since I had a babysitter for a few hours instead of making me leave a message for the nurse and waiting on her to get back to me. The head nurse is also very prompt at returning phone calls. Great experience so far.

Visit went great, the doctor and the staff were very friendly. The doctor was very informative and answered all my questions as a new mother. My child needed to see a neurologist specialist and the doctor personally called and got a neurologist appointment set up for the next day. Great doctor's office will continue to use.

I have a copayment with my insurance company. I like him a lot. I have been going to him for about twenty years. He is very thorough. He relates really well with my child. There is not a long waiting period to get in for your actual appointment.

    Whitaker, Bill
We have used Dr. Whitaker for several years now. We used him when he was at the Hoover location, and now since we moved to this side of town, we are back with him again. We are happy with the care he provides, usually not a long wait time. Well check-ups are usually scheduled pretty far out, so plan ahead. My kids like him. Good experience overall with him.

As always the people at the Inverness location took care of her like they always do. They have seen both of our daughters and we have never had an issue. with them. Dr Waldo is great and we really like his bedside manner with the girls.

    Whitaker, Bill
This is a very professional office affiliated with Childrens Hospital. Childrens is where you would want to be if, God forbid, anything serious ever went wrong. The wait time was fairly long (about 1 hour) for our first appointment but for the second one we pretty much went right in. The building is spacious, modern and brand new. It is extremely convenient for folks in the Greystone/Brook Highland office and they have other offices all over the city of Birmingham. My only complaint is that the front office seems very bureaucratic instead of giving them your child's name, they want you to memorize and use a 5+ digit chart number (!?!) In this town, if you want a doctor with privileges at a major hospital, you are going to have to put up with some bureaucracy and waiting room time. For me, it is worth it knowing that my child is in the care of a top tier physician. The facility has two clean and comfortable waiting rooms; one for sick children and one for well, which I really like. How many times have you brought a well child in for a checkup and they picked up a bug in the office? There is not much reading material, though, bring a book for you and your child. Dr. Whitaker is extremely warm and thorough. He clearly wants to develop a relationship with you and your child so that he can serve the whole child. He has a quiet, thoughtful demeanor and is an incredibly good listener. His nursing staff is very attentive and conscientious. I brought my daughter in for an immunization and the nurse thought to check a cut on her leg that she had been brought in for on a previous visit. Turns out it was infected and I am grateful she was so attentive.

    Israel, Dr. Lillian L
It's a small, family oriented, very personalized practice. She really knows all the kids and the parents. Very reasonable, and if you have a problem, they get back to you and try to see you the same day if you really need something done. They are great. She is good with the children. We love Dr. Lillian.

    Jeffries L Bucci MD
We've used Dr. Bucci for over 5 years, and both of our children are patients. The practice is very good, and we recommend them. Dr. Bucci will treat as a primary care pediatrician, and will recommend specialists as necessary. One child was dealing with Lyme's Disease symptoms, and Dr. Bucci, after screening for other causes, quickly recommended a pediatric rhumetologist for continuing treatment. This also is the case where one of our children needed more specialized gastrointerologist care. Only downside is that the Hereford location is not open on all weekdays, and you may need to got to the Towson location for care if immediate care is needed.
