    Rob'e Mans Automotive Service
I schedule an appointment before I go. I drop my car off, and then they will pick me up. I have been going here for about 10 years now, and would highly recommend them.

I don't know how much it was but it was reasonable. It is not a up to date office but it is a small garage.

    Rob'e Mans Automotive Service
I have been using Rob'e Mans for close to 20 years and I would recommend them to anyone.  They are professional and prompt.  I trust them to work on my car and to never recommend any service that is not needed.  They recently fixed a problem caused by a body shop not installing a radiator correctly. I was very grateful for all their hard work.

    Intermountain Radiator & Muffler
I had my car towed to Intermountain after my radiator froze sitting in the parking lot of the Denver International Airport.  At my last oil change (PEP Boys) I believe the guy that changed my oil added water instead of antifreeze to my radiator.  In any case, after 4 days at the airport, the radiator hoses were frozen solid.  I cranked the car when I got to the parking lot, but noticed it wasn't running smoothly.  I immediately shut the car off and popped the hood.  That is when I discovered the frozen hoses. After a quick search on Angie's list (I'm new to Denver) I came across Intermountain.  They only had one review, but it was the best radiator shop I could find in the near vacinity.  I had the car towed to Intermountain. Intermountain did and excellent job checking out my car.  They put a heater on it over the weekend to thaw it out.  Then ran pressure tests to determine if there were any leaks/cracks in the coolant system.  They also checked for damage to the water pump or thermostat.  Everything checked out. In addition to that work, Intermountain noticed and old code in my computer for an occasional misfire on one cylinder.  Intermountain had an engine mechanic check it out, who did not find anything serious.  Intermountain didn't even charge me for this work. I had an excellent experience at Intermountain and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else for radiator or exhaust work.

    The Garage
Called in the AM.  Bob said bring the car in they would take a look.  His estimate better than others, took two days.  Good experience.  Bob is very nice.  (Only problem) They did not screw in the under carriage well and it came off on the freeway on the way home.  But I called Bob & he said he'd fix it.  We ended up fixing it ourselves.

delivered radiator on Monday or Tuesday, picked up on Friday.  Told Jack that I needed by Friday.  Picked up as radiator was ready.  My only concern was that paint came off of lower part of radiator just to the touch.  Not wet paint, but like flakes.  Not sure whether that is normal or not.

    Precision Tune Auto Care 056-17
Precision Tune diagnosed sudden electrical problems in early June and replaced two computer chips. However, they did not "reboot" the car computer, which evidently should have been done. Subsequent electronic problems cropped up. Precision Tune has had the car for three of the past four weeks. They finally sent it to a dealership. TIme dragged on. The dealer mechanic decided the problem was unrelated. That may be. The real problem was in the lack of communication, the duration of the process, and the failure to provide good customer service. Would recommend finding another option.

I took my car to him in March of '13 to have my motor replaced it was shooting white smoke out of the muffler. I'm fairly hands on in my car repair but motor replacement is out of my scope. I called around the city to get quotes and Mr. Wilson's quote was right in the middle but in an area convenient to my childcare so I took the car to him. He'd quoted me 1200 full labor, parts, repair, taxes, and fees all inclusive. I paid 1000 cash the day I dropped it off. HUGE mistake. He quoted me one week, two max to have all the work done as he already had the motor in his possesion so I wanted to be his priority I went ahead and paid him $1000 cash. A week later he called and said he had to find another motor but at no cost to me and he'll be done in a week. Another week another problem, his mechanic quit and now he needs another. Excuse me sir I've already paid you that sounds like a personal problem if you run an auto repair shop with only one mechanic. That's when I began to see the very core of this company had a major CUSTOMER VALUE flaw. Longer story short, 3 months, 3 mechanics, 2 motors, 2 seperate cop incidents, 2 busted broke down "loaner" cars later the motor was replaced. However, since he had let my car sit up on blocks without turning off the air suspension system, my air bags used to hold the whole car up in the back were torn and would no longer support the weight. I had to buy a whole new suspension system following his work done which cost me another $400. I didn't pay him a penny over what he'd already received and I'm sure spent. I wouldn't send my Worst enemy's WORST enemy to this place. NO one deserves to pay hard earned money for work to be done, do MOST of the research needed to replace the motor (as far as linking all the electrical up to the new motor had I not found schematics on my own car the new motor would never have run right. My year make and model has an electrical manufacturer defect and if not corrected while the motor is out a new motor is pointless), be forced to drive loaner cars with no fuel gauge, they over heat, heat and ac not working, AND to have to police called on them for simply wanting answers about a service already paid for. I STRONGLY advise anyone who works for they're money and need the car they paid that hard earned money for stay far FAR F.A.R. away from this place.

..I had a slow and chronic leak of coolant from my car. I assumed that I had a radiator leak. Jacks told me that I DID NOT have a radiator leak and I needed a new water pump. I believed them and they replaced it for $609. When I was driving it home I noticed that the air conditioner was no longer cooling the air. took it to another shop. They found that the belt to the AC  compressor was broken . Apparently the AC compressor belt requires a special tool to re-install which I suppose Jacks didn't have. Two other items were also noted. First the radiator mounting bolts were missing. Amazingly, I was shown an OBVIOUS radiator leak which I was told didn't exist and had not been repaired despite the fact that this was the reason I had sought Jacks help  in the first place. The icing on the cake was that the radiator mounting bolts which had been in place were MISSING.
