    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
I needed to have a Honda Accord shipped from Alabama to Oregon. Executive Auto Shippers quoted me a fair price. They found me a carrier within two days. The car shipped the next week and got to Oregon in one week. I was very pleased with the whole process. Everything was done in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this company.

    Carl's Tire Service
Unfortunately I got a BMW with no spare, but thanks to Carl's mobile operation I have been 'saved' several times. Carl is friendly, reliable, priced well, etc. I would definitely recommend.

    Darrell Wood Auto Svc
Darrell has a knack for diagnosing a problem and is consistently able to fix it without breaking a sweat. He never overcharges or tries to add services, and he always finishes the job when promised.

Auto Transport - United Freight Of America
Nichole was very professional and honest. She was very informative about the whole transport process and the length of time that it would take to get my vehicle picked up and delivered. Prior to finding Nichole on Angie's list I'd encountered other dishonest companies looking to take advantage of people who didn't understand the business of transport. Not Nichole! Even when I grew impatient and on edge she reassured me that she was working diligently to find a driver for me. Just when I thought that all hope was lost my angel Nichole informed that pick up was scheduled for the next business day. I was super elated! To my surprise the vehicle was actually picked up on that very day and I got the vehicle sooner than expected. The driver was a very nice man. I would definitely use Nichole's services again should the need for transport services arise. You don't find many honest and professional people like her in the transport industry. She is a keeper! Thank you Nichole for all that you did for my family and I. May God continuously bless your family and business. ~Ariel

    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
I had a wonderful experience with EAS.  I had been very nervous about the idea of shipping a car and spent a lot of time reading the reviews of various companies that I found online.  One particular website was packed with glowing reviews, with an occasional very negative review.  I finally had an aha moment and went to Angie's List, where I found reviews I had more confidence in.  I called EAS and got a quote that was less than the (identical) quotes I had received from the sister companies listed on another website.  I found Laurie's manner to be very warm and reassuring, and she went above and beyond the call of duty by finding us a shipper during a short window we had before we went out of town.  She called me every day during that time to let me know of her progress.  She found a shipper the day before we were due to leave, and I had about four hours' notice before I needed to meet the driver.  I had requested a certificate of insurance for the shipper, and Laurie sent me one by e-mail once she identified the shipper.  When the driver arrived I got a call from his dispatcher telling me where to meet him.  I had been driving the car to reduce the gas tank level to below half, but there were no questions about the gas level.  I also had the car very clean so that the driver could do an accurate inspection.  Wow, he was good at finding scratches and chips!  I did take photos to show that the car didn't have any major damage to it, but the photos weren't necessary because the car arrived without incident. The amazing thing was that EAS only charged me $75 because the shipper wanted more than they had anticipated.   Laurie could have waited to try to find a cheaper shipper, but she wanted me to have the shipping behind me before I went off on vacation.  Her commitment to customer satisfaction was amazing, and her warm personality made me feel so much better about a process I had been quite nervous about.  Thank you, Laurie, and thank you, all of EAS!

    Driver's Way Used Car Supercenter
The process of buying a car is not a pleasant one for me, especially if you’re buying a car to replace your current car that you love. Enter Chad Donaldson at Driver’s Way. He was straight-forward, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, not pushy AT ALL, and was so super friendly and awesome. He made this whole process feel like a much needed day of vacation spent with a friend. I can’t thank him enough for making the day an enjoyable one.

    CASSIDY GLASS
***Just Want To Make Everyone Aware About This Business*** Cassidy Glass in Gardendale, AL Installation of a new windshield was done on my Audi Q7 by a technician at Cassidy Glass. I used this company because it was recommended through a local body shop that I have used and thought that I would receive quality service. After the installation and after the technician left, I noticed that he cut the fabric that is vertical to my windshield. I called the owner, Eric Cassidy, and he assured me that he would come and repair the fabric or have it professionally done that following week. He did not arrive at my home as stated; however, he sent the same technician that damaged the fabric. He stated that he would try to repair the damage or take it back to have it repaired. Upon examining the damages, the technician stated that he could not repair the damage; therefore, he would take the cloth piece and bring it back the next day. Meanwhile, while he is removing the piece from inside my vehicle, his hands were filthy; thus, dirtying the roof of my light gray interior. I asked if he had gloves or plan to clean his mess. His answer was, “No.” I did not see him the next day nor did anyone call. The body shop that recommended this company was contacted because I wanted to make it known to them about the quality of service I was receiving thus far and to get ideas of purchasing a replacement piece for the damages that had been done. Two days later, Eric Cassidy contacted me, himself, and stated that he was bringing the repaired piece and would place it back in my car that morning. An hour or so later, Eric Cassidy contacted me a second time to ask why I contacted the body shop about the incident. His tone was rude, demeaning as well as harsh; however, I was polite because I needed him to finish the job his company was paid to do. Upon Eric Cassidy’s arrival, I asked to see the damaged piece prior to him installing it in my vehicle; it was still damaged and filthy. He stated that he placed glue on the fabric to hold it down; however, there was nothing else he could do. Of course I questioned him about quality work and about completing a job with destroying property and not rectifying those damages. He stated that if I wanted flawless work I should have taken my vehicle to Audi and not called his business. I explained that it was my assumption that I would receive flawless work. I did not want to trade a cracked windshield for rips, tears, and oil/dirt stains on the interior of my vehicle. Had there been a “Buyer Be Aware” on your service, I would not have contacted Cassidy Glass. Eric Cassidy continued with his rudeness by stating that he did not have to install the piece. He would just leave it on the seat of my car. I stated that he could do as he wished, because at that point, he was belligerent and I wanted him off my property. His disposition was so out of character of a businessman, an owner of a company, a decent human being that he asked if I was recording him. I was not, and I stated that to him but made it clear that I could because he was on my property. After making several derogatory comments towards my expectations of wanting my vehicle repaired properly, he finally finished and left. N. Jackson
