AKelley Kustom PatiosThe owner Chris was the person that I initially called and he was the person that walked me through the consultation, initial estimate and was ultimately the lead for the team that completed the job. Upon initial contact, Chris and his team visited our home immediately to complete a cost estimation for the job. The Kelley Kustom Patio team even completed a separate, second trip to provide us with samples to aide us with the color selection of the patio. Within days the Kelley Kustom Patio team worked with us to order the required material for our project. The job was completed ten days after our initial conversation with the Kelley Kustom Patio team. The job was completed in three hours. The Kelley Kustom Patio team was punctual, brought all the required tools/supplies and helped us by trucking away the pillar that was previously holding up the covered patio. Overall, our experience with Kelley Kustom Patio has been the best service experience that may wife and I have had since moving to Alabama. Chris and his team provide a professional service that compares to any big city company, while maintaining a flexible, “friend of the family-like approach” to completing the job. Everyone who worked on the project was courteous and professional, there was always good communication and attention to detail. We met with the architect, tile person, electrician, plumber and floor refinishers to go over details. Mr. McKay kept us informed every step of the way. AAluminum Specialty CoMr. Lysdale listened to what I wanted and gave a reasonable estimate that was comparable to other estimates I had received. He obtained a permit for the work and he and his employees showed up to do the work on time (not counting a one day delay due to rain). The job was finished quickly and for the price quoted. When I came home at lunch on the first day of work I had a concern about the way the gaps between the aluminum posts and the porch siding on the inside of the porch looked. This was due to the how the vinyl house trim met the siding and was not due to a flaw in how the screen was being installed. Also, the trim and screen post were flush on the outside so there was no gap for bugs to enter. Even though it was a minor issue, it would have bothered me, but the problem was the existing house siding not the screen so I told Mr. Lysdale it would be fine. However, when I came home that evening I found that Mr. Lysdale and his crew had gone to the extra trouble to fashion covers for these gaps on the inside of the porch out of strips of aluminum. The end result was very attractive. The screen room has been in place for four months so far - no problems have developed and it is holding up well against my cats who frequently climb the screen.- Sarah G.

AHeritage Roofing and Construction is so much more than a roofing company. They were called when we noticed some water damage in the house. Once we identified all the issues with the roof, his team started work on our timeline. They replaced the entire roof, repaired the inside damage on the wall and ceiling, and repaired additional damage on the shed, garage door, side door. In addition, after they were complete they cleaned up everything. They did such a good job we didn’t need to clean a thing. In every aspect of the job, they performed superbly.

BIt went well. A+ came when they said they would and were responsive. There were a few gaps in between the fence A+ built and the neighbors' fences, which is not good because we have small dogs. When I pointed that out to the foreman, he immediately had the workers fix the problem. I do think the wooden gate should have been wider to allow for a riding mower. Our small riding mower barely fits and a part has to be removed in order to get it through the gate. But aside from that, we are satisfied.
