APrime ManagementWhen you meet the President, Matt B. you immediately know this is a decent guy. He will not try to talk you into anything, especially something expensive. He will explain your options and he will help you see pros and cons, but never pushes you toward a particular thing or "upgrade." He's extremely responsive. He follows up on the job, even after it's completed, to make sure everything went well and the area is clean of debris. The crew is conscientious and respectful. With Prime Management we got a trustworthy company, fair pricing, responsiveness, flexibility, and a great work. I can't recommend Prime Management more strongly. Once we identified all the issues with the roof, his team started work on our timeline. They replaced the entire roof, repaired the inside damage on the wall and ceiling, and repaired additional damage on the shed, garage door, side door. In addition, after they were complete they cleaned up everything. They did such a good job we didn’t need to clean a thing. In every aspect of the job, they performed superbly.- Christopher L.

Alex and Juan were very professional and hard workers you can tell they take pride in what they do. I would make sure to ask for plywood instead of particle board so they know your preference if doing your roof, but I really have no complaints. Job well done!- John C.

AThe sales rep came out to our home and we showed him all our windows. We hadn't even thought about doors, but he pointed out that we had a lot of light coming through our weatherstripping and that If we were interested he could give us a quote for new doors to change up how they look and make them energy efficient too, so we figured why not? At the end we decided to do all 16 windows, the front door and a french door on the back of our house and we couldn't be happier. After getting 4 quotes not only were they slightly cheaper, but their products just seemed better. The installation crew was very nice and professional, and quickly addressed a minor concern I had.

AThe crew with Balke’s Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. The job was completed quickly and everything was cleaned up after each day. Other than the obvious progress on our roof, you wouldn’t have known they had even been there by looking around on the ground outside our home and garage. The crew was courteous and friendly and the owner, Johnathon Balke, was very accommodating and easy to work with. They returned all my calls and showed up on time when they said they would. In our area that’s an uncommon trait with many other contractors. I don’t hesitate at all recommending Balke’s Roofing. It was amazing to deal with an honest and on-time contractor who also delivered the best quality work.

AWas called the morning after I began on Angie's List( late the previous night). Contractor came by soon after calling me, gave me a reasonable price, and said he'd have someone there that afternoon. As promised, his man showed up and within the hour my roof was fixed. We are most pleased with this contractor. Very professional and prompt. Would recommend to anyone.
