AHepburn Pest Control LLCWow!!! Hepburn Pest control was superb. I called for the removal of raccoons in my attic, Royal Hepburn came out promptly, canvassed the entire house and yard, found the location of entry, then proceeded to the attic. The Raccoon was quick, so he left traps overnight...the next morning he had caught 3 raccoons!!!!. To make sure he had solved the issue , he left, took the raccoons to another area, and came back and left more traps......The next morning, he had captured a possum. I notified him of the capture and he says "Im Coming to get him".................It was THANKSGIVING DAY!! With all of the wildlife over here, I will most definitely do business again with Hepbun,...... very courteous, prompt......and he really cares for the little critters- Barry B.

ACook's Pest ControlWe had some damage. They examined the rest of the house and put out bait traps. The young man who came to inspect was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He explained that with bait traps there is no need to use invasive methods in the house or on concrete patio. Aeach trap is numbered and inspected for activity. We signed a contract with them and are very happy with their service. I highly recommend this business.- Mary J.

ATerminix - Fairfield -Termite & Pest ControlWe have a contract for termites. It is an annual contract and I was able to get a discount rate of $200 for the year. They have improved on their customer service. It was horrible initially but they have greatly improved on that.- Ann B.

AFLOWERS PEST CONTROLI called Flowers and they sent an inspector out right away. Flowers was very professional and interested in doing a good job. I would definitely call Flowers again if I need them.- James M.

AZAP PEST CONTROL INCI've had good results with them. They are prompt and on time. They don't mess up the house. They do what they need to do and get out. I've had them for six years and I've haven't had any problems with them. They were very professional. They did what they need to do. They provided the service for a reasonable amount. ADave the BugmanCalled Dave "The Bug Man" on Monday. He came out and gave an estimate the next day. He started his work the following day. Everything went well he did everything he said and then some! Dave uses natural insecticides that are harmless to humans and pets... and he treated every inch of our house... attics, sinks, crawl spaces, switch plated, windows, etc. I was very impressed with how thorough his pest control treatment was... this was not a 20 minute visit, he spent 12-15 hours working inside and out. I gave him a B grade in professionalism but i don't want anyone to get the wrong impression. Dave is super friendly and passionate about what he does... and treats you like you are his long lost friend from the first second you meet him. This was strange at first... but grew on me quickly. Bottom line. Dave does what he says he will do... and you just cannot find that in this world today.- Tommy T.

DNeeded to call a number of times before finally getting scheduled. Got erroneous text that service was done, than when scheduled appointment time acme got text that we are on schedule. No technician showed up on appointment date and no text or call for what happened. We called to find out, standard excuse. This not the first time.
