AFisher Remodelers, LLCNow that I’ve sold my house and moved out of the area I can give my review without accusations of bias, one way or the other, or trying to gain any financial benefit. Earl and I had a business (and a War Eagle!) relationship for over 15 years to my nearly complete satisfaction. The work performed by Earl’s company and his contractors was almost always excellent but on those rare occasions when their first effort didn’t meet my very demanding standards, there was never any complaint or argument from Earl, only the question “What do I need to do to make it right?” This even if they had to return more than once to make good the issue nor with any additional request for payment - the original estimate was the guaranteed contract until I was satisfied with the work. My opinion covers the wide variety of work Fisher Remodelers performed for me over that decade and a half, everything from back yard deck repairs to painting the house to repairing the water ingress damage in the home office to repairing the elusive roof leak at the chimney to replacing every window in the house (save one) to repairing the under sink cabinet water damage in the kitchen and the guest bathroom to the yearly inspection and repair as needed of the exterior wood trim, everything down even to the small matter of retrieving a flashlight I’d clumsily dropped between the wall studs while working in the attic. These jobs have ranged from replacing and repairing wood rot to complete renovations of our kitchen, dining room, and master bath, at one time or another. Every time we've called Earl with a job, he's been there promptly and done a thorough job of evaluating what we wanted, how he and his crew could make it happen, and very fair estimates of how much it was going to cost. His company is always on time, they do the work they're expected to do expertly and with care, and they do a great job of respecting the age of our home and make sure what they do fits with what we have. ASouthern Property Services LLCI was extremely please with the roof and garage work performed by Southern Properties which is why I hired them for a subsequent project immediately following project completion. The 2nd project was to pressure wash the garage floor and the 2nd story facia. Once completed, I observed that there was still dirt remaining on the facia on the back of the house. I took pictures and sent them was assured several times they would come back to address. After a number of text messages back and forth, they kept delaying stating they had been very busy. My last correspondence with them was this week advising me to contact the owner. I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with the of lack timely response to address so I would rate the pressure washing project a 2 star.- Ida C.

I can’t recommend her more highly. She was professional, trustworthy, reasonably- priced, dis the work quickly (but not too quickly) and even provided me with a daily written list outlining every single thing she accomplished each day.
