  I recently used them and was very satisfied with their service. They were able to fit me in even though I called last minute (called on a Friday for Monday). They did not give me a set time for an appointment since they were trying to schedule me in when they could but they called me before heading over and were punctual. They actually came first thing in the morning which worked out better for me. The cleaning was done because we were moving out and were going to rent the home so they suggested we also do Scotch-guard, which we did. They were thorough and worked quickly. Would definitely use again!

  They put everything up on those little block things.  They do a good job cleaning.  Before when we had it cleaned, they Scotch-Guarded the carpet.  I'm gonna call them today.  At this point I just wanna get the hallway and the living room done - the tough areas.  It takes maybe a couple hours to clean the carpet, an hour and a half; it wasn't too long.

  Outstanding job...I can't recommend this company enough. Keith worked at least an hour making sure the carpet was cleaned as thoroughly as possible. Carpets there were almost mocha colored in the highest traffic areas were once again spotless and the light ecru they once were.

  One room was white carpet and my son had spilled some juice. I never imagined it would come completely clean,but they ran several chemical tests to treat it and the spot came up. I was extremely happy.

  I really didn't want to leave a negative review but this service has concerned me all week. My brother in law gifted us with a $600 gift certificate. When making the deep cleaning appt, I asked if the whole $600 would be used since the house is very new and not in terrible shape. I was asked some quick questions (nothing extensive) about my house then the appt was booked. Three women performed the job and to my shock, were gone after 2.5 hours. That seems to be a very short time for a deep cleaning of a house this size. And if so, $600 seems extreme for a job of that duration. It equates to $80/hr which is pretty insane. I admit everything was dusted and the carpet was well vacuumed. And the bathrooms looked great. But I wouldn't call it "deep cleaning". An area rug wasn't even touched. I had to reclean one toilet. Found an ottoman untouched. Found lots of things underneath my bed including dust. In the past with deep cleaning, I've been left an Itemized list of services as well as notes. Nothing was provided. The company didn't even make a courtesy call to let me know the cleaning was done. It was the security cameras and system that tracked the duration of the cleaning! Heck they didn't even call to ask if I was satisfied with the service. On top of that, one of my plug in scents was left upside down and completely leaked out. The other was turned over on my window sill which left a spill that ruined the finish. They also left the dirty dog pillow on the area rug. I guess that didn't matter since neither was cleaned. I will NEVER use this company again or recommend it to anyone. Sad to leave such a review for a service that was gifted to us!

  The stairway in the house is used a lot its dirty, its dirt they used bio chemical to get the dirt out. The house is empty. He and the cleaning crew did not have to move anything around. For the cleaning crew to give us an hour is just ridiculous. They were not able to get the dirt out of the stairs that was disappointing. It 's worn, I understand  it's what it is. It's dirt not a bunch of stains. The carpet guys ran it around and let it go over it and left. They didn't have to have any furniture to worry about that's the easiest way to clean.

  The service tech was excellent.  He did his best to clean up the grout.  I hand-cleaned the entire bathroom floor, which took me about 8 hours, over several days, so I was happy to pay such a small amount to get a similar result.

  Based on what I've seen on your page years ago, I've looked them up there, they have good recommendations and their price is reasonable but I don't remember what they were.  They were polite and prompt.  They got things done when they said and they are reliable.  They don't try to do add-ons which I have run into before.

  They cleaned carpeting which had been and quot;cleanedand quot; ---twice--by another company. The carpet was soiled due to workmen doing bathroom renovation. After the other company left, cleaning solution remained in the carpet and every step left double the soil. Alabama Carpet specialists left the carpet clean; they remarked that the carpet was extremely soiled. This is a locally owned and operated company and they take pride in their work. A+

  I can't say enough good about these folks.  From the lady who answers the phone, to the guy who came out to measure for the estimate, to the men who actually performed the work, the operation is first class all the way.  Work was done perfectly and promptly - outstanding results.  I wholeheartedly and unequivocally recommend these folks to work at your home or business.
