    Chandler Appliance Repair
Chandler Appliance Repair incorrectly installed my dishwasher. They agreed to return to fix it but did not show up for the appointment. I called to reschedule. They did not show up a second time. When I called and asked about it, the owner, Joseph, said the appointment was not on his calendar and he had higher priority projects. The experience in dealing with the company has been horrible. I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs.

Made an appointment, had to reschedule because of a personal issue. They were prompt and courteous both times. Showed up on time, explained what was being done, charged exactly what i was expecting. Excellent service, absolutely recommend.

They told me the parts that could need changing if my washer is making a loud grinding noise. It was up to me to pick which parts I wanted to purchase. I purchased but it did not fix the problem. A better source is [*** Link removed ***] . I think it cost about $15 and you communicate via email but it's with a real technician working on your specific problem. I have use that site twice, with very unusual problems and they got it right both times.

His replacement did not work at all. My dishwasher wouldn't drain and I couldn't wash my dishes in the dishwasher. I had to hand wash them. He told me it would be better to replace the motor in my older model dishwasher because they were made better than the newer models. He told me when he looked at it again after his fix did not work, that I was just going to have to hand wash my dishes, he said that's what he and his wife do anyway. So I am out about $350.00 and my dish washer still does not work.

    Sears Appliance Repair
Terrible! The same tech came out 5 times and could not fix the problem. It was under warranty and a service contract. Sears would do nothing. The tech stated "I don't know how to fix this dishwasher and tell Sears not to send me again."

    Sears Appliance Repair
I didn't think the dishwasher was cleaning as well. I have a contract with them, so I called them out and they told me what I needed. The part would take two weeks to get to me. It took two weeks to get the first appointment then two weeks to get the part. He came in two weeks and said the part was actually fine and that a pump was the problem. He ordered the pump and it took them a month for somebody to come out. It was then leaking water and it probably took two months to get that fixed. You'd make appointments and they didn't show up. It was a good three months, if not closer to four, trying to get the dishwasher fixed. I still don't think the dishwasher is as quiet as it used to be. They were nice enough on the phone, as far as scheduling the appointments, but the people just didn't show up. The people who do show up are nice and professional, but that doesn't mean they get the work done. It still took three to four months. I will never buy an appliance from Sears again, and we've been loyal customers for years.

    Ed's Appliance Service
I called Ed's Appliance on June 18th to scheduled an appointment for him to come out and service my washer on Saturday the 20th. However, he was not available to come out that date, but did schedule me for Saturday June 27th (this was the earliest date I was available). Ed called on Friday to confirm our appointment. On Saturday morning he called in advance to inform me that he was en route to my residence. Ed checked my washer and explained in details what the issue was and my best option. Ed didn't  make the necessary repairs because the cost would provide to be close to half  the cost to purchase a brand new washer. Being that my washer was already 10 years old I opted not to get it repaired. While there Ed also checked out my hood range and gave me recommendations at no extra charge. I will use his services again and again.

All work was done in a very professional manner. Great knowledge base and covered all of the preventative maintenance and looked for any possible future problems that might come up later. Great job and man.

I knew I had one problem with my ice dispenser, it didn't work.  He found out that the trap door on the dispenser wasn't closing and that made the ice in the bucket in the freezer melt and then refreeze which is what probably why the first motor quit working, my assumption anyway.
While he did not answer the email sent through the list, he responded quickly to a phone call.
Ed happily accepted Angie's $5.00 coupon on his first visit, so I really only spent $195.00 total for his two visits.  He showed up when he said he would , was very professional and his prices were very good compared to others I've used in the area.
I will  call Ed's again with any appliance problems.  It was great doing business with him.

He was quick, and honest about the longevity of the fridge's future, and that the cost of his repair may not be worth it. He gave me the choice to decide to go forward or not, without having to pay for the service call. I took the risk and asked him to proceed.
