Education on types of exercise such as resistant training, stretching, balance, tennis, golf, running, yoga, body pump, crossfit, tai chi, cycling, Pilates, isometrics, px90, boot camp, beach body, bodybuilding, fitness, figure, physique, bikini and new men's classic competitions.
We do not have young trainers that have gotten a certification online. Our trainer are the most educated. They have over 25 years experience each with masters degrees in exercise science, or kinesiology. They continue their ongoing education in new ways of diet and exercise each year as well as teach all over the country.
