    Rizk, Dr. Botros
I would not recommend Dr. Rizk. The level of care from his office was poor. If the NP is out, he is no help to you. It's clear who runs the office, and it's not him. Don't make early morning appointments, he doesn't usually get in until 10ish, so you'll just have to wait for 2+ hours. Communication from this office is terrible. I paid upfront & did not receive adequate care & refused to return to the office. Thousands of dollars down the drain, but I will not be seen by such a disrespectful dr.

    Benjamin Citrin MD
Great service. Friendly and informative. Was scared to go to a cardiologist, but this is a one doctor clinic and I was in and out within 45 min. The doctor actually had time to talk to me. He addressed all my concerns and ordered a few test. Love the staff, very giggle and polite. I believe I made a few friends as well. Would recommend to anyone.

    Orthopedic Group
Dr. Howard is extremely rude and gives the impression that he wants to be done with you as quickly as possible. When I got upset at the news that my MRI results were inconclusive, he actually *scolded* me, and said that some of his patients have cancer and that I should be grateful because that wasn't the news I was getting. I've been just dealing with my pain ever since, because he made me feel like I was overreacting to it, but I've learned since then that he's like this with everybody. I would never go to him again, I would never recommend him to anyone else, and I'll probably avoid the Orthopedic Group entirely in the future.

    Edmond, Dr. Julie R
I have been seeing her for about 3 years now. She listens to me and she is good. The office is a little packed and it's a little dizzying. I don't wait too long. Each of the doctors apparently has his own nurse. Her nurse is very pleasant and is businesslike and all that so that works out really well. For a doctor, she is amazing. Her nurse is very nice and the clerk at the desk seems okay, but it's not like we have a conversation or anything. When I am trying to get a prescription refilled, it's sometimes hard to get a hold of the nurse to talk to. For the effectiveness of treatment, so far so good.

    West Mobile Medical Group

Great. Had an appointment. There is always waiting, but not as bad as some other places. I started going here a year ago and I always see Dr. Abrahim.. Seems to be a good Doctor and is nice person. My wife goes to the West Mobile Group and she sees a female Doctor Amato. She likes Amato and was referred to her by a friend.

We have BCBS and Tricare and they take botb.

I knew I should have had a colonoscopy at age 50, and was terrified of the procedure. She put me at ease, and convinced me of the importance of a colonoscopy .Dr. Wetherly made me promise to have it done, and scheduled it with the specialist. The colonoscopy preparation was not fun, but not as bad as I thought, and the procedure was done before I could even know they did it. Everything was fine, and I was assured I did not have to have another one for 15 years. I am happy to finally clear that hurdle, thanks to Dr. Wetherly.

They have Saturday hours which is fabulous for me because I work, the doctors are very well trained, they are willing to listen and take time with you and it's easy to schedule so they're very accommodating with that so I like them very much. I've been with them for more than 10 years.

The doctor I saw was courteous, professional, and did not seem in an overwhelming rush to get out of the room like many other doctors I've visited. I was very pleased with the actual care I received, but the office overall leaves something to be desired. I waited for maybe 20 minutes in the waiting room before I was called back to the exam room, where I waited several more minutes for the doctor to come in. This isn't that unusual and you're probably going to experience this at any busy (i.e. good) doctor's office. As I was leaving the doctor suggested that I get an x-ray just in case, and lucky for us they have a partnership with the radiological office right next door! This sounded just fine to me, like the doctor was covering all bases out of an abundance of caution. The bill I received afterward for the the x-rays was not fine however. I probably should have been more aware of what would and wouldn't be covered by my insurance, but I couldn't help but have a bitter taste in my mouth after paying so much out of pocket.

    Gilmore, Dr. Shannon M.
I've used Dr. Gilmore for many years. She is so 'down home' and frank. Getting an appointment is never a problem and she never gives the impression she needs to hurry. Always has time for you. Never are you made to feel the questions you have are trivial. She takes the time to make sure you understand. I appreciate the way I'm included on decisions or options.

    Laser Spine Institute
Going through the initial evaluation over the phone and via email was a breeze. Every person I had contact with in any manner (prior, during and after) have been exceptially friendly and knowledgeable. The five days I was at the Institute was unbelievable. The staff at the Institute and the hotel where I stayed made sure everything was taken care of for me. A service is provided to carry you back and forth to the Institute and even short runs around the area if you so desire.
My only complaints are the beds at the hotel were not that comfortable and as for the Institute they could be a bit more realistic regarding the discomfort after the surgery. Maybe my case is in the minority, but I felt the expectations were a little unrealistic. After all, they did cut a opening and dig around in my lower back. There is pain and it has only been 2 months. It does take time to come back.
Overall, the procedure was successful. The pain I was experiencing is gone for the most part. I have other issues with my back, but I do understand the surgery I had was addressing the area giving me the most discomfort. I recommend the Institute highly.
