AJerry'S Carpet CleaningHere with this horrible covid 19 virus that's world wide, Jerry and his helper arrived on time to clean our carpets. I was extremely happy to open my door and find both men wearing face mask and disposable cloves. During the cleaning Jerry's helper tore his clove, he quickly replaced his gloves. Jerry has been cleaning my carpets for a couple of years now and has done an out standing job each time. He's 5 star and highly recommended in my book. ARepairman did a few things, then told me I needed a $400+ repair job as the problem was my entire freezer. I said I'd buy a new refrig. Not believing him I put a cup of water in my freezer which froze immediately. He apparently adjusted a thermostat which I did not know was on top of the freezer (and he did not tell me) and the ice maker is now working fine. He and the person scheduling my service was more interested in selling me a warranty for $49/month than offering repair service. Do not call these people.

FI was searching for a carpet cleaner on Angie's list. I put my info in and almost immediately this company called me. I had not even gotten a chance to read reviews or review their services. I did not answer. They called back immediately. Again I did not answer. Five minutes later they called back. Again I did not answer and they have called me 4 more times the same day up until almost 8 PM. Calling me once and leaving a message would have been fine. However, due to the numerous phone calls I have had to block their number and will not use them due to feeling as if I'm being harrased.
