Everything went every well Joe and his son are very pleasant folks and came right out and took care of our problem and at a very fair price I feel. We had very Old plumbing in our home it was built in 1950 and the pipes were galvanized and brittle . So they replaced them and we are back up and running. Joe shared that he and his family have been in the plumbing business for a very long time even his dad was a plumber and they are local so thats also nice.

    Ron's Old Time Plumbing Inc
Bathroom sink faucet began leaking (the faucet itself, not the water lines).  This was somewhat of a disappointment, as I bought the faucet myself from Lowe's when I had the bathroom remodeled about five years ago, and it was not a cheap faucet. I first called Caldwell and Sons, a business with which I had done business before, with good results.  They were swamped with calls and had a van down for repairs, and so could not respond as quickly as I would like.   I saw on Angie's List that Ron's Old Time Plumbing was rated highly, so I called that business.  The owner, Ron Rothenstein, responded promptly.  He found that the faucet needed replacing, which I had suspected, and stated that he would have to order one. He did so, and it was delivered to him on Friday, July 31.  He came out Saturday morning, August 1, and installed it.  The faucet was $130, and the rest was labor.  He did not mark up the faucet. He was congenial, affable, and professional. I would use this business again.

They came. They saw. They cleaned it out in a matter of minutes. Offered some advice on a piece of damaged pipe that I could do on the cheap, instead of them doing it and costing much more. This is the second time we have used them and they will be the first to call should we need them again.

It was great! they communicated well, were prompt in arriving, and professional in the work. I had a bucket under the sink to catch leaky drain water. when he was finished, it was water tight. awesome job

I would not use them ever again. I was very upset with them. They didn’t repair the hole; instead they cut a bigger hole. Then we had other problems, they said that my shower grip panel was leaking and it wasn’t. When I found out that the shower panel wasn’t leaving we closed up everything and had our handymen paint them and everything.

    Headley Plumbing & Septic Tank
They came out when they said they would be here and they were extremely professional in helping us determine what was wrong with our ventless gas fireplace. They went through the entire system just to make sure there was nothing else contributing to the lack of gas actually getting to the fireplace. I would use them again for any plumbing issue in my house.

The last time they came out was to clean out a stuffed up pipe. The thing I liked about them the most and the reason I continue to use them is because; the day after my service, the owner of this company called me to make sure that everything was alright, and the technicians who come out are very technically qualified. I have not had any problems. I rate them highly. I will continue to use them in the future.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
Service man snaked the roof drain line and cleared it out. Told me it could stop up again, had mud in the pipe that could be from a crack in the pipe somewhere. I would call them back if it happened again.

They are pretty good. They were very respectful of my home. They had to do a lot of digging in the yard and so it was kind of muddy. They always made sure that they removed their boots when they had to come into the house to avoid the mud from getting into the house. They were very prompt. We got estimates from several different companies before getting the work done and their estimate was not the lowest, but was one of the lowest. They have a really good reputation. I have used them before for several different things and they have always done very good work. I did have to wait a little bit, but it wasnt extensive. They came on time. I would use their services in the future too.

    Edwards Plumbing & Heating
The outdoor unit of our central AC stopped running. I called Edwards and they responded the same day. The technician got the unit running again and thought he knew what had caused the problem, but he couldn't be sure since the unit was running again. He asked me to call him back if the unit did stop again. I did so the next day, and another technician responded the same day. He also believed he knew what the problem was and provided a temporary fix until he was absolutely sure. He then called me back in a few days to ascertain that the unit was still operating properly, and when I indicated it was he came back and made a permanent fix for the problem. I was expecting that I would have to replace the whole unit since it is 15 years old, and I had to replace my primary unit two years ago. The contractor who replaced my primary unit two years ago also inspected this unit and said I should go ahead and replace it as well since it was about to go also. Instead it has operated fine until this problem appeared, and I appreciate the fact that Edwards did not even mention replacing the unit until I asked about it at which time they simply indicated that there was no need to replace it at this point. This is an honest and professional company, and I highly recommend them.
