• The tech was a little early but was professional and courteous. I have to question their cleaning methods because the areas I hoped would have been cleaned, were not. I know the tech tried to remove the spots but he said he was unable to. Provider name locked. ?? The process was actually quite fast and I was advised the carpets weren't terribly dirty. I'd hire a different company if I had to do it all over again.

• nBecause of the reviews I called Provider name locked. and scheduled my windows to be cleaned the next week. I explained I had an appraiser coming that Monday and needed him there.  Of course Monday morning the wind blew and it looked like rain. Provider name locked. said he would have cancelled but remembered the appraisal. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. Very professional and I will call him again. Gave him extra points for caring about his customers. Thank you Provider name locked.

• We were very impressed with Provider name locked. professionalism and service. They called the day before to re-confirm the appointment, and arrived promptly on time the day of service. The two technicians were very careful during the cleaning, taking extra care to keep our new carpet from getting dirty. In the end, the fireplace was clean & tidy and the inspection of the flu/chimney/cap showed that everything was in good working order. They were also very attentive to answering our questions and making recommendations as to the type of grate we needed to replace our old one.
