    Greenbrier Septic Tank Pumping
Stacie inspected the yard where the field lines are located and then dug up the ground to gain access to the septic tank lid. He determined the septic tank was fin and that there was a massive clog in the pipe coming from the house. He unlogged the pipe and the problem was fixed. Stacie did not charge me anything for this service. We are going to install new lids in the near future and I will pay Stacie to complete that work. Very professional and knowledgeable I will be calling on Stacie when I have future plumbing issues.

    Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Huntsville
Our Septic Grinder alarm/light went off on 01/03/2017, day after New Year. This has never happened before in the 9yrs I have occupied the house and we didn't know what to do. We asked our neighbor and they gave us a number to a septic man that they had used but the number was out of order. So we looked on Angie's list and found Mr. Rooter's number. When we talk to the receptionist and I explained my problem that the light and alarm was going off she was not familiar with the concept. She put me on hold to get more information. Once she came back to the phone she explained what was possibly going on at our home. So we scheduled for a tech to come out and said they would call when they were on their way. When the tech arrived he was not familiar with the grinder alarms that were on each individuals home. We explained to him that there was a waste treatment that was at the end of the subdivision that we thought the waste flowed to which he knew nothing about. He proceeded to take the green covers off our septic which is located in the front yard of every house in the subdivision. Once he looked in the septic he told us that our tank was pretty full and would need to be pumped and if we didn't it would be a disaster in the long run because it would back up our entire system in the house. He said he would not know if the grinder was not working properly until he pumped the waste down to where he could see the grinder. At this point we are freaking out and knew for sure he was honest and giving us good advice. So we knew the next step was to have the waste pumped. At no time did he inform us that these green tanks in our subdivision was supposed to be serviced by Harvest Monrovia Water Authority. So he called a truck to come out. In the meantime while we are in the house waiting he then told us that maybe it is just the filter that needed to be cleaned. Said it would cost us $125.00 so we agreed because we knew something was wrong. He simply put on rubber gloves pulled the filter out with his hands and asked to use our water hose and our water, with no type of company provided solution and rinsed the filter off which was clearly something we could have done ourselves and then said that's probably all you need, you probably can wait to get it pumped. Clearly the tech had already informed us that the solid waste was very close to the liquid line which in the next couple of months would have backed our whole system up. So I pressed my husband to go ahead and have it pumped for $450.00. So we were charged a total of $512.50 which they only charged us half of the $125 for the cleaning of the filter and the $450.00 to pump the tank. Few days later I called the Harvest Monrovia Water Authority to ask why we were being charge a monthly fee for septic and she stated that that is a service that they perform. She also stated that Mr. Rooter should have never opened the green lids and pumped anything out of the septic the Harvest Monrovia Water Authority was supposed to do that FREE of charge as part of our monthly septic service. She also stated that they have worked with Mr. Rooter for years and they are aware that the green tanks are serviced by the Authority and they just got you for your money. I asked since we have been paying a monthly service for the last nine years would they reimburse us for it and she clearly stated NO. We will not reimburse you for that you should have called us first that the paper was given to you when you signed on with us...yes that was 9 years ago and there is nothing she can do. So no we will not get reimbursed for the $512.50 from the Harvest Monrovia Water Authority nor Mr. Rooter will refund us for any portion of the service and basically said that they do not have a contractual agreement with Harvest Water Authority to not service the green tanks and when someone calls for services they never turn anyone away. So were they professional upfront and honest...NO!!! They got us for our money.

    Greenbrier Septic Tank Pumping
Greenbrier Septic Tank Pumping provided exceptional service for my issue. They scheduled a time to come to my house the same day that I called. They had to dig to find the tank, then pump, and they followed up by installing caps on the tank that would allow cleaning without digging in the future. They explained the process every step of the way, including costs and preventative/maintenance actions that I can take to keep my tank working efficiently. I am very pleased with their work and will call or refer them for any future work.

    Ikard Septic Tank Installations
Some of the value of this work is the advice that Mr. Ikard provided before even coming to the house. Based on his advice, we secured the permit and inspection. They arrived as scheduled and went right to work pumping the tank. The inspector changed some of the planning of the field lines and they quickly adjusted. They trenched across much of the back yard. They secured a final inspection and began covering their lines and sealing the tank. After spreading the excess dirt and power raking, the job was completed in 7 hours. Exactly as promised.

    Ikard Septic Tank Installations
I had an alarm going off on my septic system which others didn?t want to come out to deal with.  Clayton came out the same day I called and took the time to see if he could figure out the problem.  He took his time and found that the problem was with some poor craftsmanship by the original installer.  He fixed the problem using quality products which should have been used originally.  He then took the time and cleaned out the filter and checked the rest of my system.  Clayton has earned all my future business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good septic company!  I wish I had called them 1st.

    Aardvark Septic

Mark arrived early and set about locating the tank and cover.  He dug the cover up removing minimal soil, and then started pumping the tank.  He was very informative and professional and the work was done quickly.  When job was done, he put soil back and cleaned up the worksite.

Price was representative of other quotes, but on the lower side of those obtained.  He indicated that price is a function of which county the work is done, so be sure to make sure quotes are for proper county.

Very pleased with the work and have requested that he provide service at another property.

    Teaven and Sons Excavation
The work was very excellently done and the results are spectacular. I was happy with the price and quality all around. Mr. Teaven is the only skilled heavy equipment operator and for that reason, his work load is always backed up. So, if you use him, be prepared to wait for his services. They are worth the wait though if you have the time. We plan to use him for a complete septic replacement and a large concrete project in the near future.

It was awsome service, he was on time , put a trap down and used a suare shovel. He cust 1 ny 1 foot squares of the lawn out and carefuly placed them on the tarp then placed the dirt on another tarp. drained the tanks (frist time in 24 years) he then inspected the system and all was well. He hand digs down to the lid and drains from the dirve way. when he was done I could not tell that he was ever there. If you need septic tank service you need to hire this man.

Excellent service! Mark took time on the phone to answer several questions I had. Showed up on time, put down tarps to protect my lawn, then hand dug down to the front AND rear lids of my tank. He said that he really only needed to get to the front lid to pump it, but he would dig out the rear one if I wanted to see it. No charge for double the digging! Mark made sure my wife and I knew how to check our system should a problem arise. Most websites recommend having your septic system pumped every 2-5 years. I asked Mark, expecting an answer in this range. He replied with "every 7-10 years, if we don't abuse the system." For a guy who makes his living pumping tanks to NOT give me the standard answer says a ton about his honesty. I'll be giving all my septic business to Aardvark. If you do, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

.Mark was very professional, personable and prompt. I fully expected to have to make an appointment for another day, but Mark said that he could come right over and take care of it. He laid down a tarp to put the dirt/sod that he dug up to access the septic tank lids. He cleaned out both sides of the tank and the outfield filter. The entire time he worked, Mark patiently answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing and how a septic tank works. Upon completion, he put the dirt and sod back. Mark was great to talk to...very nice! We will definitely use his service again and will recommend to friends/neighbors.
