  Justin is an excellent home improvement contractor. Exceptional in every way - quality of work, price, honest, shows up as promised, and completed the work to a standard beyond our expectation. I have finally found the contractor that I will use for all my needed home repairs. He is very easy to work with, actually pointed out and took care of some other small problems that needed repair, and listened to any concerns we had. I've already got him scheduled for additional work later this Fall. I highly recommend Complete Home Improvements - this is a quality firm.

Fast forward two weeks called back asked what happened, again was told be there (my home) next morning, they didn���t show up yet and it has been 6 weeks. If too busy then tell me that! If don���t want to do the work tell that. Very unprofessional organization!

  We had Erik out to look at a gutter that cracked and broke open shortly after we bought our new house. He gave an estimate for replacing that gutter and cleaning the rest, but we also asked him for an estimate for replacing the whole system (it was pretty old and visibly worn/rusty in places). We were happy with the estimate and booked the work. They were able to schedule us in quickly, and did the whole job in a single day. They also replaced rotten wood, painted the new wood to match our siding, and covered a couple squirrel holes. Erik also pointed out a place where squirrels had damaged the roof and recommended a roofer to look at it, and pointed out a few trees/branches that he recommended cutting to keep the squirrels off the house. We contacted a roofer and tree service to implement his recommendations and are so pleased with the results! The gutters look and work great and our attic and gutters are now squirrel-free.

  Eric was very professional. He explained his plan before the service was performed. After the job was completed, he discussed all that had been done. Before leaving, all the debris was removed. He has my recommendation. I will certainly hire A-1 Gutters again.

  I highly recommend BB Roofing Co, for your next roofing needs. I feel like the whole crew treated my repairs as if they were repairing their own home. Overall, the whole experience was exceptional! I first set up 3 estimates from Angie's list and BB, Michael Burnett and crew, was, BY FAR, the most reasonable! The focused and hard working crew arrived on time. They all got right to work and did exactly what I had asked and then some extra repairs I added. I asked them to cut off the top of the, ever-leaking, chimney to even out the roof and then they replaced the whole roof in one day. The roof looked great! Kenny came back the next day and replaced the rotten facia, siding and damaged gutters. BB has the seamless gutter machine on-site to shape/assemble gutters. Kenny has 20 years experience in working with gutters. He did an excellent job! I decided to save money and paint the repairs myself, but I know I'm real "old"...because I'm so proud of my beautiful roof and gutters! lol. I seriously don't believe you will go wrong, if you have BB work for you! ps: I used the BB, Angie's List, coupon and received $250 off my deductible. It really helped me!

  Their price was substantially lower than the price I calculated myself based on the size of my home. The first thing people will notice is the gentleman who comes out for the estimate, he is extremely professional for that kind of work. He tends to treat everyone like they have no time for nonsense, he understands your time is valuable, don't go blowing smoke at people. If you decide on a time then he is absolutely there and if he cant make it he will be giving you a call in advance explaining why. He was very good. There six guys who did the work. He said it would take them the morning to get it down and they where here bright and early. They asked if if it was OK they were here at 8am and they were here at 7:50. They took care of everything. They used metal detectors to sweep my yard around house and picked up some pieces of metal and a couple of nails. They recovered some stuff that came out of my old gutters. They made sure they got everything from the roof and bagged it. It went into their trash. It was great.

  I am very pleased with the work done by M&N Roofing & Construction. Contacted them about a repair and they responded quickly. Set up and appointment and John the owner came to access the damage and provided me with an estimate. I felt the cost was very reasonable and hired him to do the work. He provided me with the date he could start on the project and started and completed the work as scheduled. When I arrived home from work, I checked the repaired area and was very pleased with the work conducted and have well the work area was cleaned. John followed up later to let me know exactly what work was done and to contact him if there were any problems or issues. John was very professional during the entire process and did exactly what he said he would do. I strongly recommend M&N Roofing & Construction and would hire them again. I will also recommend them to my friends. Thanks John!
