  • Bring your wallet.   Pushes expensive treatments and, if you don't help support the profit margin, you are not welcomed back.  You can expect atrocious behavior from the staff each time you attempt to get a prescription refill.  It's all about the money here.

  • I do not think they wanted my business.  I found another company that is coming out to do the repairs.

Note the work date and appointment date is not valid (but the space was required one to be selected before I did a review).

  • Coaches are very knowledgeable. Crossfit is more of a functional, short high intensity type workout. They use olympic weights and basic gymnastics type moves. They do a lot of different styles such as biometric and yoga.

  • They don't require a contract, which I like. They have one or two coaches who coach classes. You have a trainer there, with each class. So it's a little more expensive than a regular gym. They have three options, depending on how much you want to visit. They're highly knowledgeable and they follow the cross fit philosophy. They are very safety conscious, because cross fitness can be pretty strenuous. They're very good about scaling work out to your abilities. Their price is competitive with most cross fit gyms and I like that they don't require a contract. They have a good website.

  • They have a good fitness trainer, good equipment and the activities. The pool can get crowded and only two lanes for lap swimmers but they are expanding it. They are very reasonably priced for membership and the front desk is most helpful when you have questions. They have a good website that you can keep up to date with activities and such.

  • Relaxing atmosphere, excellent service. They have a questionnaire to fill out the first time you go about your medical history and any issues you are experiencing and your therapist will go over this with you also. If you are a repeat customer they always ask whether there is something you'd like them to focus on at that visit. If the pressure is not enough or too much they are happy to change it. The hot towel foot treatment and peppermint eye mask are very relaxing. I get the deep tissue massage but they have other styles also to suit your preference. I wish they were open later on Saturdays but they are open until 6 weekdays and if you run a bit over they are generally pretty accommodating. Other places have advertised cheaper prices but I am very happy with my therapist so I've stayed here - they are currently $50 for 30 minutes, $80 for 60 minutes, $110 for 90 minutes.

  • I was there Monday. We have been using and ldquo;Yand rdquo; since 2008. We mostly used the pool for my youngest daughter and then my husband and I used the gym to work out and so my husband will go in the morning and I go in the evening. The facility is clean. It is not really jam-packed.

  • The appt. went ok. The biggest complaint about this program is that they don't tell you exactly what you are paying for. They initially make you believe that all of the products that you need are included in the intital pay however you find out after signing up and a few visits that you will need to buy several of the products that they sale separtely. This will cost a lot of money if you desire them., and you will need them to be successful on this program. You are really only paying to see someone every week and get weighed and the drinks that they have. Everything else that you may need will have to be paid for seperately. You are charged a big fee for this.
They make you believer that you will receive a menu plan specifically for you and this is not true. Everyone is given the same plan.

  • I would say that it is priced reasonably well. I've been using it for probably almost 3 years. I work with a personal trainer there that I really like. I guess my only complaint would be that the facility itself is not new. It's not very clean, it's not high tech. It is just kind of old but it has adequate equipment and everything that I would need to use. I think the biggest thing that is for the price you get everything that you need. You might pay more somewhere else but if you are looking for something that is cost effective it would certainly be a good place to go because they provide anything that you would need as far as equipment and there are lots of classes to choose from. The people that work there are really great.
