AA Family Affair Drywall & Painting CompanyI had an excellent experience with Brian and Faith at A Family Affair Painting and Drywall Company. I first had them paint my new house (1600 sq. ft) after they quoted a very reasonable rate compared to the other painters I interviewed. Brian did beautiful and efficient painting work. I was so pleased with how that turned out that I decided to have them do a full repaint of my old house (walls and trim, 1400 sq ft.) They were also able to quote me for some trim repair and ceiling repair. Throughout the process I came up with a dozen other small additions: exterior pressure washing, painting exterior doors, painting mirrors and ceilings, fixing loose tiles, etc. Family Affair was incredibly flexible and willing to add in these extras at fair prices. Their willingness to deal with an extra 50 emails and questions from me saved me from having to find other contractors and made my project better and faster. I will absolutely use them again in the future.- James L.

AMorgan Drywall & PaintingMr Morgan covered everything in plastic and took extensive efforts to protect our belongings as best he could. We did multiple walk throughs together to make sure I was satisfied. If I found areas where I thought it needed to be touched up or sanded more he did so. He made efforts to try and fix a pretty rough original drywall job that previous contractors tried to hide with lots of popcorn. His communication was excellent and he was very respectful and presentable. The project stayed on schedule despite various blips that tend to come up in a renovation. The others were routed to a company voice mail message that said their inbox was full and unable to accept voice messages or texts. So, either the company doesn't need our business, or they don't maintain their contact channels, or they have so many jobs that they can afford to ignore potential customers.

AWe originally had a very small shower (3 ft square) and was not using our tub. We had ACR turn the shower into a closet, and convert the tub to a walk-in shower. The job was professionally done and looks great. Nick came up with several ideas to make the project work for us. My only gripe was that it took a bit longer than the quoted 2 weeks.

AIt took several months before they got to me, because they are quite busy, but I was not in a big hurry. They did an excellent job; it looks great! They re-used my brick and did a good job of matching the mortar. They removed the whole area around the cracks, cleaned it up, and then re-assembled it. They also redid some brickwork under a downspout and that looks nice as well. They put new molding and lintel around the garage.

APro Building handled my niece's insurance claim. She had severe water damage to her house from a HVAC unit malfunction. I referred them to Pro Building because they did work for me before and did a great job for me. Pro Building and their exceptional team came in and not only dried out the property but also moved them out and put them into temporary housing (billed the carrier-not my niece). They took care of everything with the carrier and were able to get everything paid for with them only owing their deductible ($1,000). When I tell you this house turned out incredible, I mean it! They did such a great job! They went above and beyond to help in every way! 10/10 would refer them to anyone needing any kind of insurance claim!
