Excellent service. Scheduled and arrived within 24 hours of my call. Quickly diagnosed the water leakage from the freezer...had it fixed in 10 minutes. Labor is guaranteed for 30 days in case it happens again. Will be calling again if the refrigerator ever needs anything again!

I spoke with Jon Rogers (Owner) on 6/24/2019 requesting service for my Refrigerator which was no longer Cooling. The very next day, Jon and Wes arrived at my home at around Noon. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. Their Attitude clearly displayed they truly were happy to assist. They quickly went to work to diagnose the issue. They found there was a bit of ice buildup along the top of the Air Vents in the Freezer. Within approximately 20 minutes, they had gotten the ice melted and the Defrost Mode kicked back in, allowing the Cool Air to once again flow into the Refrigerator Compartment. Yippie, my Refrigerator was fixed and working like a Charm! This is actually the second time Affordable Appliance Repair has made a service call to our home. We called them about 18 months ago regarding the Repair of a 41-year old Frigidaire; however, due to its age, the parts were no longer available. I was really impressed when Jon commented that he remembered coming to our home then to attempt to repair the Frigidaire. My experience with them then was just as impressive as it was today. Affordable Appliance Repair will be our first choice for any future appliances which may require service. Kudos to Jon and Wes! You guys Rock!

Little delay in parts coming in but returned as soon as parts were received. They were able to repair both machines in a timely manner and left very little mess when they were done. They had to return to make a miner adjustment and were glad we called to inform them of the adjustment, to make sure we were satisfied with there work. And we were. We would call them again if the need arises.

    Kenny's Appliance Repair
The company was very quick to come to repair the dishwasher, but for $75, the buttons were only reset on the dishwasher, and it didn't fix the problem. Two weeks ago, there was a promise to order a part, repair it, and not charge an additional service call at the end of the week. I continue to call and be told the part will be ordered. I'm not being contacted with updates, and there is no date set to repair the dishwasher. It's time for me to call another company, pay a higher price, and get the job done. I wish I could get my $75 back.

Part had to be ordered so required 2 visits. Second visit scheduled after company received part, then company called and rescheduled again due to technician availability. Mr Appliance charge for part replaced $153.36. Part available online from Samsung or Amazon for less than $50 (free shipping). Labor Charge $138.21 (approximately 1 hour combined visits) Steer clear unless you've got deep pockets and don't mind overpaying.

I paid for their advice and bought a new refrigerator and had the store took the old one away when they delivered the new one. Affordable Appliance Repair folks were very professional, honest and the estimate price was reasonable.

Very well. Responded quickly. Went out to get part needed and returned within 40 minutes. Installed part and also did tune up on the machine. A little more expensive than I thought but quality of work was excellent! Very polite and professional too.

Both technicians were professional and polite. First one came to try and repair, but had to order replacement parts (range was c.1990). The second technician came when promised and installed the proper parts, unfortunately, because range was old, the markings were 90 degrees off from "normal" and didn't match up with writing around knobs (off, med, high, etc). Very expensive repair for something not comesmetically appealing for selling a house. Hubby had to come up with another plan and buy materials to get the knobs to line up correctly (but at least Bob Wallace got the broken stems repaired so we could turn it on without pliers! and pass reinspection)!

Poor. Said I needed an auger motor and the cost of the motor was $220.00. I told her I would not pay that much and she left. I then checked with Sears parts department and found that the motor actually cost $117.00.

They had to come out twice. The first time they came out, it was $79. The second time they came out, it was $98. The young man that came out the first time really didn't do much. So, when I called them to come back, I told them I didn't want that person and they sent out another person. The second person they sent out was okay. The second one was very prompt and came on time. The first one was late and we didn't know where on earth he was. We had to call the company to find out what was going on.
