AResidential FaceliftAfter waiting 7 months for Lowe’s to install and wrap my windows I finally gave up! I did a goggle search and Residential Facelift came up right away. Robert was sympathetic to the problems that I was experiencing at Lowe’s and agreed to help me right away. He came out the very next week and installed my windows. The next week he had one of his employees come out and do the wrapping. He even matched the price I already had! My install date for Lowe’s is January 22. I was told I couldn’t schedule a date for wrapping until the install was done. Which would have been another 6 weeks! Thank God I found Robert! The house is a flip and I was desperate! They did an awesome job! Would definitely hire again!- Theresa C.

DAmerican Roofing & Remodeling IncNot well, was way over estimate and seemed to drag-feet about it. Took over the course of 4 weeks with sporadic visits and no-shows and there's still work left undone that was agreed to be finished but again given a day/time and then still no-show. I would post photo's but there's downspouts that were supposed to be disposed of still attached to house and the cable/phone lines coming from the street still arent fastened down the way they were before the siding went up.- Tim E.

AI had called 4 roofing companies and got none of my calls returned. I hired a contractor finally. After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,

So it was with me in the case of Window Depot of Huntsville, Alabama, which consists of a small group of people who have made customer satisfaction a primary goal. Two years ago, after receiving a visit from an affable and knowledgeable man named Bill, I decided to have four front downstairs windows replaced. The results were so satisfactory that I recently ordered new windows for the rest of the house, both upstairs and downstairs. Zack came to measure for each window, and within a matter of weeks, having paid a fair and reasonable price, I was enjoying the quiet and convenience of new vinyl windows. I appreciate the expert installation done by Michael and Coby, and I highly recommend this company.
