AGreenbrier Septic Tank PumpingStacie inspected the yard where the field lines are located and then dug up the ground to gain access to the septic tank lid. He determined the septic tank was fin and that there was a massive clog in the pipe coming from the house. He unlogged the pipe and the problem was fixed. Stacie did not charge me anything for this service. We are going to install new lids in the near future and I will pay Stacie to complete that work. Very professional and knowledgeable I will be calling on Stacie when I have future plumbing issues.- Kevin I.

ATeaven and Sons ExcavationBob Teaven and his team were fantastic. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to accomplish it in the most efficient way. It was amazing to watch. We got the tank pumped and new lids put on, a new tank added with a pump system, completely new field line system. The price paid was the estimated price, and was more than fair considering the surprises our 35 year old system sprung on them. When the job was done, the yard was in great shape -- clean and more level than before which was a bonus. Bob was also a pleasure to deal with. He us very knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person. When there was still an issue with the toilet flushing after the cleaning was performed, he went under the house and located the issue causing a blockage. He is exactly what you want when you hire someone. I have dealt with many Contractors in my time, he may be the best I have ever dealt with, and I'm 56 years old. They had to dig to find the tank, then pump, and they followed up by installing caps on the tank that would allow cleaning without digging in the future. They explained the process every step of the way, including costs and preventative/maintenance actions that I can take to keep my tank working efficiently. AThe replaced my old heat pump, put in a new pad, repaired some insulation around the ductwork around the house, and even put mulch around the new pad. All for the original estimate give, all included. (I had another company come by and give me an estimate and they quoted $11,000 to $12,000, saying I needed new ductwork, which I didnt.). AExcellent. They came out right away, were prompt, and worked into the night, in the cold and snow, so I could have water that day, even though I was prepared to wait. They thoroughly checked everything inside as well and took care of some other problems that were caused by debris that had settled in the pipes and the old holding tank. I am an elderly widow in rural Tennessee where it is hard to get anyone to come out to do anything, and Lee Company was a Godsend. They told me I was "their only customer right now." I did not realize their company was equipped to do so much. I will use them again.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

They fix the problem and apologized for the misunderstanding, scheduling and confusion on their part. the problem was fixed I was very satisfied. I will call again if in need of a plumber. they were in the wrong and admitted it and didn't charge a service call
