AAFS Foundation & Waterproofing SpecialistsFrom the first phone call to request an estimate to the completion it was excellent,. AJ Wiegard gave us a second estimate which was at least $5000.00 less with the most expensive estimate from AFS. AJ continued to go line my line and delete anything that was not needed, but was in the previous estimate. It brought the price down even more. We appreciated that nothing was added that we did not need but could be charged for. It was a 2 day job. It was done in 2 days. Matthew Carey the lead in this project called to let us know that they were going to come early. At the end of the day, he let us know the status of the job and assured us that it would be completed the next day. Matthew, Bryan, Shane all did a great job. Pictures were taken to show us the work. My husband took a look too. The yard was cleaned up and they even removed old "stuff" that was left under the house. A short while later Trevar Akins, Production Manager, showed up at our house shortly after the men all left. He asked to look at the job to see that everything was done correctly. Mr. Akins assured us that everything was done correctly. We really appreciate the attention that AFS gave us in having this job done. Thanks, Donna and Jay.- Donna B.

AIntegra Inspection Services, LLCWe couldn't have picked a better guy to inspect our new home! After finding Todd on Google and skimming his many 5-star reviews, I noticed that the common theme was thoroughness. I was sold! Todd took a couple of hours to cover our entire home (our home was actually in great condition, so if he found more critical problems, he would've taken the necessary time to document them), and our report featured great detail, including photos of each element inspected (in addition to recommendations and who, professional or DIY, should handle these fixes). During the entirety of the inspection, Todd was extremely courteous and professional, and made sure to keep us informed (actually encouraged us to follow him around), so that we would understand (1) what he was checking and why and (2) what would later be detailed in the report. The report was outstanding and didn't leave any details to the imagination. My husband and I would highly recommend Todd to anyone needing a home inspection because he's thorough, professional, respectful, and has the experience necessary to make you feel comfortable during the whole process.- Dasha J.

ACrawlspace DoctorNick & his team were professional, courteous, punctual ,professional, work done completely better then I ever imagined. The work was explained in full & made easy to understand by Nick .I had several estimates they were not the lowest but I’m so happy I choose them . AH&S Foundation and Crawl Space Pros. INCFranco measured the humidity level and found no mold in the wet crawl space. MOST importantly, he found a broken pipe under my house, filmed the break and showed me the video. He did not have to do that of course, and I will hire these folks in the future for his efforts.- William H.

AInsight Home Inspection LLCI did research to find the most qualified inspector in the area and between his certifications, Angies' List, I chose Bill. When I called his assistant told me he was available the next morning! Scheduled the home inspection for 8:30 AM but since there were early storms rolling in he had completed the inspection before I arrived. He is extremely thorough and professional, and is a former president of the National Society of Home Inspectors. His inspection was detailed, with many pictures, and found issues that saved me from thousands of dollars in repairs. Bill noticed a structural issue with the house which the seller disputed. I had to hire a structural engineer to resolve the issue and he agreed with Bill. A load bearing beam had been removed from the house and it was structurally unsafe and I have no idea how much it would have cost me to have it resolved and then repainted to be ready to sell. Ultimately, the deal on the house did not go through due to damage that occurred after the contract was signed and I hired Bill again when my wife and I chose a new home. He is worth every penny and realtors rarely recommend him to clients because he is so thorough.- Daniel S.

AConditions were terrible but puro came on the job, went to work to find the water damage, They worked as a team to make a bad situation into a positive situation, for me. They went above and beyond by taping down electrical cords, taping around rough edges of tile, assuring my home was safe to stay there. They were very courteous and professional, reacting to my needs, to get my home back in order. They checked the house every day to assure the damage was drying out. I would hire them again and again. AAlthough I did not purchase the Duralook material for my patio, I might for my pool area later. I was impressed with their professionalism, they were on time for three meetings and had a state of the art mobile computer system to show work for the bid. As a female client, I was treated very respectfully and and business like. I recommend them for anyone who needs their type service and special type materials. As far as some of the negative reviews below, the Company had a former employee who no longer works for them, that could have contributed to past issues. I recommend giving them a chance to give an Estimate for the work you need.

AVery well! Because of a hurricane and my not living in the new area, I had to totally depend on him. He did better than I could have possibly imagined, taking pictures of both good and bad. Because of his thoroughness, I was able to rest easy with my home choice as well as have the seller make needed repairs. They did not skip anything - no matter how minuscule it may have been. Great Job! I would definitely hire them again.
