AChoice Home Warrantythe Moore Company was outstanding, they were timely and truly professional. An assessment was given to me by another AC company that stated that the repairs would cost me at least $4000. I immediately contacted Choice sent a technical expert that found nothing wrong with my units except for low refrigerant. If I didn't have Choice on my team, I would have been out a few thousands of dollars for nothing. I believe in Choice with the contracted specialist to provide my needed services- Alton W.

AJohnson Heating and CoolingWhen Tyler came to give me a quote he was very professional. He told me about the supply trunk, air return that needed to repired. As did the other companies. I wantednaj extra vent added to the sunroom . Tyler suggested adding a return to the sunroom , where as the other companies did not suggest this. BThe process started out well. Annette Hale's representative came out and appeared knowledgeable about HVAC unit replacement. Our choices were limited because I specified we wanted a Carrier-brand replacement if available. It was. We chose the higher SEER rated unit and the salesman told us it had a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger. Oddly, he did not include those words on the estimate even though there was a place for it. The work started two weeks later. I was phenomenally impressed with the fellas' work ethic and general workmanship on my project. They happily answered my general questions and the entire installation looked great. Kudos to them on a job well done. In preparation of paying the bill, I looked through the paperwork the fellas were going to leave and could not find a mention of what the heat exchanger's warranty was. The fellas could not either. The salesman was called and he ended up being just plain unprofessional when he could not provide the information. I hung up on him and decided to not pay the bill until the heat exchanger issue was resolved. The next morning my wife drove to Annette Hale's business, and the Service Manager easily showed proof of a lifetime warranty before the bill was paid in full. We are very happy with the new unit's performance, and hope to count on Annette Hale's business when/if needed.

AExcellent. They came out right away, were prompt, and worked into the night, in the cold and snow, so I could have water that day, even though I was prepared to wait. They thoroughly checked everything inside as well and took care of some other problems that were caused by debris that had settled in the pipes and the old holding tank. I am an elderly widow in rural Tennessee where it is hard to get anyone to come out to do anything, and Lee Company was a Godsend. They told me I was "their only customer right now." I did not realize their company was equipped to do so much. I will use them again.

AAll the personnel were polite and knowledgeable. The salesman completed a through assessment of the project. We discussed options and he provided me with an estimate within a couple of days. Once I made the decision to proceed, I was contacted by a project supervisor who discussed with me the timeline for installation. The project supervisor contacted my gas company for an assessment of the gas meter to insure it could handle the generator that was being installed. He also contacted the power company, arranged for all permits and inspections, and contracted a plumber to install additional gas line. Overall, he arranged for everything that needed to be done for the installation. On the installation day the team arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time and began work. The work was completed in a timely manner and the generator was tested. Due to scheduling conflicts with the city and the power company the work could not be certified until the following day. The project supervisor worked with the power company to get us back on line so that we would not be without power for the evening. The following day the city inspector met with an electrician for the company and the generator was certified. The electrician then went through an education process with me and explained how the system was set up and what to expect. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. Be aware that the company does business under multiple names (Tidmore Inc, Huntsville Generator, Current Electrical and Generator Services). This was confusing at times.
