AFLOORS BY WAYNEHad Wayne and his crew come in and do an ~800 sq ft flooring project in November. They also painted all walls and installed new base boards in these rooms. Wayne ended up redoing a lot of the painting because of a significant rush to try and get the project completed before Thanksgiving. Wayne’s goal is to ensure you are happy at the end of the project and he absolutely did that for us. We are very pleased with the end result and will hire Wayne for some upcoming projects we have.- Bryan H.

AONE ON ONE FLOOR COVERING LLCI had a fantastic experience with William and Jamie at One on One Floor Covering. When I was trying to decide on flooring from a big box store (and not really finding what I wanted), a coworker recommended One on One to me. Working with a locally-owned store and installer was great--the team knows the products they sell and the ins and outs of installation, so I never had to go somewhere else to answer my questions and I was very confident that the job would be done well. They had a wide selection of products and helped me find a new Raintree brand wood-topped vinyl plank that I was thrilled with. The installers were very professional and efficient, and having a tightly integrated sales and installation team made it much easier to answer my questions. The flooring came out beautifully, and I'm completely satisfied. I will be using One on One again in the future, and can't see myself getting flooring anywhere else. Added note: during COVID, I also really appreciated that they had a small showroom and were taking excellent precautions (masking, making appointments to tour the showroom, and distancing).- James L.

ADouble D Home Improvement Services LLCHis name is Dennis Dean. When we had a problem with two different things he had done, he came right back and fixed them without charge. He did a superb job on the town house, and even the work that he subcontracted was very impressive. He had good suggestions, he had lots of references, and he had pictures of jobs he had done. He gave suggestions about our house, if I made a suggestion he went with it, and if I didn’t like something he changed it. If he had a problem, he would come and tell me and I would discuss it with my husband, and we would take his suggestion on what needs to be done. He once told my husband not to buy a particular brand that he wanted because it usually gave problems, and we took his advice. He had a problem with our master bathroom because it wasn’t quite right, and it amazes me how he got that fixed. I don’t know how he did it, but he did it, and there’s no way I can tell what he did. He is just really quite good, and his price is very reasonable. He went out and bought all the supplies and things himself, he went to the warehouses and picked up the things that I had ordered, and I didn’t have to do anything. I could trust him, and I could leave my house while he was there. He would work around our schedule, not his, he would make sure that he got in and did the job when we could conveniently get it done.- Julia S.

AWOOD FLOORS & MOREI am glad to have found a local flooring company to replace flooring in my home. The hardwood floors are beautiful. They helped me with selecting a nice carpet, along with a good carpet pad that feels wonderful. I also requested a particular flooring for the bathrooms, and they confirmed they could order/install it. They provided the job estimate quickly, and coordinated a schedule that worked well with ours. Not long after hardwood install, I damaged some of the hardwood. I requested a repair (they let me know it was additional charge) and they came and removed a board and replaced it. It looks great. Am pleased with their customer focus and addressing any questions/concerns. I really love an idea they suggested for the stairs. It really improved the overall foyer appearance! AComplete Restoration Services IncComplete Restoration totally gutted the bathroom down to the studs and subfloor. Removed existing shower, garden tub, flooring, and two vanities, relocated plumbing and electrical, widened entry doorway. Installed new tiled walk in shower, new vinyl flooring, built new linen closet with bifold doors, installed new LED lighting. Jason and Tony were very receptive to our input and had quick solutions for a couple of unexpected issues. The job took a bit longer than expected to complete, but it was well worth the wait. They did a wonderful job and I would not hesitate to recommend them!- Robert F.

AComplete Restoration Services IncAfter hiring a friend of a friend, that did a terrible job, Complete Restoration saved the day and my sanity! They gutted the mess I had and made our bathroom exactly how I envisioned it! A year later, I called them to do my master bathroom. I found an issue with my porch structure, and called them again to fix that. I knew I was in good hands. Recently our church needed new flooring, and we called them, and they did a great job there also. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs any construction, big or small. APlanet hardwood did a wonderful job, though tearing out old hardwood was an unexpected difficult task. Nevertheless the guys persevered and got the job done. Impressed with the installed hardwood .... high quality and can be refinished multiple times even though the product is engineered. Our new floors look great and we are highly satisfied. APro Building handled my niece's insurance claim. She had severe water damage to her house from a HVAC unit malfunction. I referred them to Pro Building because they did work for me before and did a great job for me. Pro Building and their exceptional team came in and not only dried out the property but also moved them out and put them into temporary housing (billed the carrier-not my niece). They took care of everything with the carrier and were able to get everything paid for with them only owing their deductible ($1,000). When I tell you this house turned out incredible, I mean it! They did such a great job! They went above and beyond to help in every way! 10/10 would refer them to anyone needing any kind of insurance claim!
