I guess when they were installed they were not placed right and water doesn’t travel uphill too well! It was fixed at the time of gutter cleaning and I’m so happy with the outcome !! I scheduled the gutter-cleaning service for a time when I would not be home, so I didn't interact with the crew. But they definitely left a clean work site. They cleaned off first story roof in the front as well. The estimate and final cost were the same. It was a pleasure to deal with Andy, and payment online is very easy and quick. AWilliams Cleaning Service LLC.Wow and wow!! My beige house was green, driveway black, and gutters growing "trees". It does not even look like the same place. Jeff and his two workers, T.J. and Carson did a magnificent job. The boys arrived first and immediately got to work. Jeff came soon after and worked as hard as the boys did. I could tell right away I had made the right choice. They worked for 4 1/2 hours!! We did a walk-around, and Jeff showed and explained everything. They even wiped down places on my house that were left. Sprayed for those pesky wasps too. I was so impressed with the young men; they worked tirelessly and were so polite (yes ma'am). I couldn't brag about them enough to Jeff. I am beyond happy with their job - ecstatic!! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!!- melissa s.

AWilliams Cleaning Service LLC.Overall the work was great. My gutters were cleaned out and pressure washed, and loose gutters were properly reattached and secured. All of the debris from the gutters was removed from my property and everything looks exceptionally clean. We had a heavy rain the night that the work was done and I could immediately tell a difference. I am no longer worried about water sheeting down my windows and getting into my walls. DWe contacted Mr Groves and scheduled an estimate consultation, he didn't show up for this appointment and I had to call him to reschedule. 30 minutes after he came to our house and gave us an estimate he called me to say he was running late, I reminded him that he had just been there. He said that the coupons on this site were no longer valid. We signed the contract for roof and gutter replacement and schedule a date for the roof to be replaced. A week before our scheduled roofing Mr. Groves called e to say that he would be out to give me an estimate for our roof. I called him back and reminded him that he already had and that we were scheduled for the roof to be replaced, he assured me that he would be there on the scheduled day. His crew showed up and did a great job on the roof. We asked when the gutters would be done and were told in a few days. We explained that we needed to know when the work would be done as we have two big dogs and needed to be home to keep them inside while the work was being done. I had to contact the company again a week later to ask when the work would be done, was told that they would return my call and let me know. I had to call back the next day and was told that the gutter guy hadn't given them a day yet but that they would let me know prior to the work being done. A week after that men showed up in my driveway, fortunately I was off but had planned on going out that day. I had to cancel my plans and stay home to keep my dogs inside. The downspouts were not placed where y husband wanted and he had discussed this with Mr. Groves when he gave us our estimate. The gutters are black but you can see white on them so we will have to paint them. I contacted Mr. Groves to let him know that we were not happy with the job, he said he would talk to his project manager and get back with me. 2 weeks have passed and still no word back from him. I paid him for the work but would not recommend him to anyone else. Obviously he doesn't care that the work was ot done to our specifications nor that we are unhappy with the job.

DBe forewarned, this business might be licensed, bonded, and insured; but they do not perform the work for which they provide an estimate and agree to do. I had 250 feet of gutters spread across 3 buildings. Mr. Williams promptly provided a $425 estimate to clean them out and install gutter guards that I supply. They came and cleaned out only 210 feet of gutters over a 2.5 to 3 hour time. I paid them $250 for work they did perform, and they stated they would finish the job once the new type of gutter guard arrived. They stopped for the day because the guard mesh netting I initially had would not fit the gutters, so I immediately ordered a different guard that was guaranteed to fit any gutter. I immediately ordered the new guards while they were still here, so they approved the second type of gutter guard I ordered from Costco. They left the most difficult to reach 40 feet of gutters uncleaned. They were to return, clean out the remaining 40 feet of gutter, and install the new type guard. It has been 2 to 3 weeks since they were notified the new type gutter guard had arrived, over which I left at least 7 or 8 phone messages on their answering machine, and they continue to not return my calls. They _do_ have a physical office building with office hours per their voice message from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday, but no one is ever at the office during any of my visits. Apparently, they do _all_ business contactings via screened calls; that way they can pick and choose customers (potential suckers) to whom they wish to speak.

FThey completed approx 50% of the roof and would not come
back to finish the job. Took part of the old roof off and didn't
cover with a tarp. It rained. Took them 4 days to come back
and they left again with putting a tarp on the part of the old roof
they had removed. They refused to come back to finish the roof.
I hired them in July and by Sept. the roof
still was not finished.
You can't run fast enough away from this company.
They left the job and would not come back to finish the roof. I had to hire another roofing
company to finish the roof. The new company said they had never seen a roofing job like what
Kirkland did. The new roofing had to tear off part of the roof Kirkland had finished because
it was done wrong and they corrected what they could.
Stay away from Krikland All In One. Bad news
