AMaine Bathroom RemodelingWe had two baths remodeled. At the end of each day, the cleaning and straightening up was very good. Eric kept us up to date on what the next day or two plans would be. Bath 1 was a complete tear out and replace, bath two we replaced the tub with a show and added to the closet where the original shower had been. Eric furnishes labor and you furnish the "pretty" items like fixtures, tile, towel holders. They used top of the line materials. We did ask for a couple of things, not in the original estimate and ran into a major wiring issue in the 2nd bath redo. We negotiated a price change that day, very fair, and moved on. The wiring was run midway down a wall instead of in the attic or near the ceiling. Caused some major rerouting, we didn't know so it was an understandable cost increase. Eric is an extremely fair person to deal with, he wants the job done right.- Steven C.

AHENDERSON CONSTRUCTION & MOREVery satisfied with the work that was done. Dylan was very professional and made modifications that we requested without a problem. While they were doing the grading of the yard my septic tank encountered a problem. (nothing to do with the work they were performing). I asked them to look at it and he was able to dig down to the septic tanks and locate the problem. They were able to fix the issue the same day. All of this happened on a late Saturday afternoon and they stayed until the tank was functional. I cant thank them enough.- Dave B.

FTerrible. When they came to install my metal building, the slab was 12 inches out of square. I had to pour concrete myself to make it match. Initially, it was framed improperly at the wrong size, but I caught it before they poured. For the resurface, they did not have the proper tools to do it correctly. If they had a floor sander, it would have taken a day, it took 3 without the proper tools. Workers were courteous, good people, but overall quality was not great

AElliot Davis, owner, is highly professional, incredibly responsive, respectful, and trustworthy. We can’t say enough about his attention to detail, which is amazing. During the planning stage of phase 1 of our project, Elliot patiently listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could be encountered. We were extremely lucky and grateful to have Elliot personally oversee the project. He is a ‘hands-on” owner working side-by-side with his craftsmen who were also courteous, caring, and hardworking. It took several months and interviews with potential stamped concrete contractors in our own area, Louisiana, before we decided to hire Decorative Concrete Designs, Inc. of Mississippi. While this was not the cheapest company pricewise, we made the right decision as the end results far exceeded expectations making the cost well worth it. It was a pleasure working with everyone and in the end, we made a friend in Elliot. We will definitely use this company again in phase 2 of our project, which will be our pool deck and outdoor kitchen area.
