APruetts Siding CleaningThe crew arrived [three] at 830 am. After clearing all the materials of the porch, they unloaded the two pressure washers and cleaning fluids. They applied TSP\soap solution to the areas to be cleaned. After letting it soak in they started cleaning. For the sidewalks, patio, and drive way they had two power high pressure washers that "scrubbed" the dirt and build up off right down to fresh surface. When they were finished the house has never looked so clean and bright. Amazing I have a long driveway, brick home, with a large cement patio. They worked for about 7 hrs to get it all done- John L.

DANTHONY'S CONCRETE CONSTRJob itself went OK - Anthony very rarely on site. Issues: 1) There are several places where concrete was dropped/splashed on other already finished concrete. 2) There are places on the curb and along the seawall that are very ragged/rough edges 3) There is a section several feet long where the curb meets the drive that is still very rough and ?lumpy? 4) There?s a small section on top of the curb near the top that looks like someone just smeared some concrete on top of it leaving a rough area of a different shade. 5) A significant amount of spilled concrete all along the left side of the concrete pathway. Started sending texts outlining the issues that had not been taken care of within a couple of weeks of the last concrete work. Kept saying he would send someone - never did. Mailed a letter on July 14, 2014 outlining all the issues and asking for him to get them resolved. He texted me on July 31, 2014 advising that he would have someone on site "next week". A month later I reminded him that no one had been out. By now there were cracks at every joint. To date still no response or resolution. In my opinion, I did not get the product ad result that I paid for.- Johnny S.

BWoodall Heating and Cooling assisted during my house closing by inspecting my unit and replacing a start capacitor. After the work was completed and sale completed, the run capacitor failed. After originally paying for the original inspection and service, they returned promptly to diagnose the issue and provided a temporary window unit to assist cooling the house. As they previously provided a service and inspection, they provided this service free of charge while I worked with my warranty company. This is a sign of a company that understands business and consumer relationships past making a profit off of every interaction. Instead they invested in the relationship with a person which will trickle through the community and assist their business in the long term.
