    Complete Restoration Services Inc
Jason was very professional and worked very diligently to ensure my basement remodel was completed in our short timeframe. He provided the most detailed work estimate in the shortest amount of time from all the estimates I received. I highly recommend Complete Restoration Services.

    Complete Restoration Services Inc
All work was done in a professional manner with exceptional attention to detail.  Business owner supervised the work, and was more than willing to work with the home owner and insurance adjuster to ensure repairs were done right and within the insurance payment allowance.  I highly recommend this business for any home restoration and remodeling work.  At the end of the work, the house was in better shape than before the incident.

We called him one day, he was here the next day.  After the initial meeting, he quoted a price for us within three days.  We signed a contract and work began the following week.  Mr. Arocha pulled our permits and work began.  The communication was great,, he let us know what  was happening at each stage.  He met the framing inspector then the electrical inspector, both went great.  His workers were so respectful, clean and timely.  He told us that they would be here at 7:00 A.M. and they were here at 6:59 A.M.  While here, they were clean, respectful and hardworking.  They cleaned up after themselves, the job site was spotless each day.   If there was a questions on how to finish a room, he always asked exactly how we wanted it, then proceeded.  His son, Carlos, had some great ideas on how to finish the rooms.  His photos of other job sites and work in progress was just amazing.   I can't wait for our next project because they will be the first ones we will call..  After having such a great experience with them, it makes me want to build again.  We could not be happier with their job performance and i would recommend them to anyone wanting a great, talented and honest hardworking crew.  Thank you so much for restoring our faith in home builders.

    Build With Wilson Inc
We were going to finish off our basement and an online service provided our information to Build With Wilson. They called immediately and came out the next day to look at our project. Were professional and prompt. Gave us a very detailed estimate within a day or so. We decided not to do the project right away, but would definitely consider using them in the future.

    Cantrell Contracting LLC
Cantrell Contracting LLC The company preformed a variety of task in accomplishing our renovation/repair. There were leaks in the lower level of our home. Correcting this problem required both interior and exterior work, including removing trim from interior windows, removing three sets of triple casement windows. These are very heavy double pane, wood windows with aluminum clad outside. Four men were required to accomplish this task safely.    The windows were not installed properly originally and required carpentry work to re-frame and square windows. The windows now operate properly!  We had not been able to open some of these windows for years.  Drywall replacement and refinishing was also required as well as trim replacement. Problems with the leaks around the windows required exterior work as well. The outer wall was removed down to the studs to check for damage. Inferior work was also found here. Sheathing was removed and replaced.  Wall was sealed with ty-vek.  Windows on upper level and double doors on lower level were sealed. New lintels were placed above the lower doors for more support. Finally the outer wall was replaced. Work was done in a timely manner. Workmen were polite and answered all of my questions.  They did a good job of protecting our deck and cleaning up work site when finished.

    Construction, Consulting, Management and Design
While the quality of work was above average that is the only positive attribute of this company. The job was supposed to be completed on 15 August and was not finished until the end of October. The owner failed to communicate to us that he would not be completed as per the contract and became belligerent when we questioned him as to why the job wouldn’t be completed as per the contract and when he was going to actually complete the job. We had to subcontract out parts of the job he was responsible for, the shower in the bathroom and the granite countertops, because he failed to make coordination and despite having been paid roughly 95% of the contracted amount claimed he didn’t have the money to pay for the subcontracted work. We contacted him and told him the cabinet door was broke in the bathroom and when he came out he took a door that wasn’t broken. When we told him the cabinet door he took wasn’t broken he reinstalled the one he took (which we noticed was broken) and took the original door that was broken. We contacted him, told him the door he reinstalled was broke, and he agreed to fix both doors and reinstall them by 17 December. 17 December came and went and I contacted him the next day and he told me no way could he repair the doors and instead of having the doors repaired and reinstalled on 17 December he could not do the repair until after the new year. I told him my frustration is he never communicates when he knows he’s going to be late and it is never his fault and he always has an excuse. I also told him despite the amount of money we paid him I spent a whole weekend doing finishing work that I believed he was responsible for. At this point he cursed me out and told me I could get the cabinet doors and he WAS NOT going to fix the cabinet doors as he originally agreed to do. He now tells me I have to go to his residence in Huntsville and pick the doors despite the location of the job being in New Market. He has pictures posted on his business Facebook page that clearly shows a broken cabinet door and despite telling him I didn’t give him permission to post any pictures of my home and I would appreciate if he removed the pictures he responded “I’m not removing anything from my page that’s my work, the only thing I’m removing from my pages is you. They are outside the front door now pick up anytime you feel like. I don’t know who the **** you think you are demanding I take my pictures off my page, unless I get a court order saying I have to, **** off a_ _hole.” Another post from the owner to me that shows how unprofessional he is “...Don’t fu_ with me Craig, 60% of my work is repeat customers...” He claimed he spent $8,000 more on our job than what we paid him (which by the way was never mentioned until we started asking why he couldn’t complete the job on the date he CHOSE) and couldn’t or wouldn’t provide any receipts that showed a cost overrun. If you want a contractor who is unprofessional, belligerent, fails to complete the job on time, refuses to provide receipts for work/materials, refuses to do what he says, asks for additional money despite being paid as per the contract, fails to take ownership of the job, and fails to properly coordinate for subcontractors, then CCMD is the business for you. This is a follow on to my post of 26 December that show the unprofessional demeanor of the business owner. Notice how he is using foul language in his responses, which by the way were on his business Facebook page. If anyone would like a full text of the messages between the owner and me just send me a message I will be more than happy to share.
