AChampion plumbingPatrick was professional and compassionate towards my 90 yr old friend. The water company turned off her water due to a big leak, unbeknownst to my friend. Despite the circumstances of being on lock-down for half of the remodel, the Prime Management crew did a great job. We love our beautiful new kitchen! They communicated daily and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Any hiccups that arose were taken care of quickly and with care. Matt was a joy to work with and to get to know. I visited Prime Management job sites and office and was very impressed. I then had the consultation at my house and was confident going forward with Prime Management. Now that my bathroom is complete, I have no regrets picking Prime Management to remodel my master bathroom. They've been very helpful before and during the project. He also has a keen eye for design. Matt patiently walked us through design options, paying close attention to small details but also keeping the entire design in mind to ensure that the whole look was cohesive. Matt also went out of his way looking for ways to keep costs down for us, and he frequently stopped by our house to check on the project's progress and provide me with updates. APrime ManagementI had such a positive experience with Prime Management. I was referred to them when I needed to have my new apartment's extremely outdated bathroom and kitchen remodeled. They took their time to ensure I understood what the work would entail and provided me with options that were best suited for me. The guys were punctual and meticulous with their work. Even my dad, a retired handyman, was impressed and is planning to have them remodel my parent's kitchen in the spring. Overall, the Prime Management is very knowledgeable, reliable (very important), and professional. AI had an old, painted beadboard ceiling on my screened in porch that was starting to buckle and needed replacing. I called Johnny and discussed the project with him, sent pictures of the existing ceiling and also pictures of ceilings that I liked. Within a few days, he came out to the house and provided an estimate. He scheduled a work date the next week, delivered the materials, and had the project completed in one day (he originally though it would take two days)! They returned the following day to stain it a beautiful natural color. Very prompt, professional and hard working. I’m very happy with the results, and I will certainly use him again in the future!
