    Really well.  Did a great job.  Parts were roughly $20-25.  Only thing wrong was the price was a little high even with the 10% off coupon.  Other than that the service and professionalism were both A+.

    My experience with Mr. Appliance Over the Mountain was a very positive one from start to finish.  The lady who answered the phone was very nice while scheduling my appointment.  Marc (the technician) arrived on time.  He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and went right to work checking out the washing machine.  Marc quickly determined the water pump needed to be replaced.  He had the part on his truck and was able to complete the job in a timely manner.  I feel the repair cost was very reasonable.  I highly recommend Marc and Mr. Appliance Over the Mountain!

    Mark was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly - the dryer kept blowing fuses, but he kept working at it until he discovered the problem.  He did not charge me for anything on the dryer repair except for the part - their warranty program is wonderful!  I realized how easy it would have been for him to charge me something outrageous, but he did not.  Not at all.  So I have complete trust and I am 100% satisfied with his work.

    We had to have a hose cleared in the refrigerator, as well as a minor repair made to  the dishwasher of a house we are renting out to some college kids,   In between the first service call and the second visit when the repair was to take place, an additional part on the dishwasher broke and had to be repaired.  Mr. Appliance had no problem handling the additional work and did it all in a timely, professional manner.  Being out of town landlords, it is nice to know we have someone like Mr. Appliance who will respond to service calls in both a timely and honest manner.

    Both the washing machine and the dishwasher were making weird noises. Both work but I felt that they needed to be checked out. As I stated above the repairman was pleasant only about 15 minutes late (fine) but could not fix the problem. In the case of the dishwasher he said that replacing the motor would cost about as much as a new one. I guess he is right.

    They were on time professional and quick. He came in took the dryer apart replaced a belt. Cleaned out the entire dryer of 13 years work of coins and then presented me with a very inexpensive bill. I would use them again for sure.

    I called to have them repair my dishwasher the first tech came out and said it was a problem with mice so he would order the part and to call him back.  Called back four days later and the second tech was to come out.  He called ten minutes before he was to arrive saying he would not be there he did not have the part had to order it but it would be in the next day and they would call. They never called so we finally called them they said part was not it and it would be Monday before someone would get to us.  We stated we would go with another company if we could find someone. Ten minutes later they called back the part was somehow in and the man on the way. He came and did install the part but in the process I was left with a torn up door on my dishwasher and another part broken.  First he yanked the dishwasher out and tore up the door as he was trying to put it back on he kept hitting it with a screwdriver and hammer. I would never hit my appliance with either one.  Then he shoved the dishwasher in a few times and dented my copper pipe in the back and tore up a sensor.  He then proceeded to curse and lied saying that the sensor was already damaged.  This was after he supposedly had checked all parts and told us it was all ok.  So now I have a broken dishwasher with a broken door sitting half way out in my floor .The owners said they would come out to check on it. They did come but got lost and were forty five minutes late. How can you get lost when you have already sent two people out ???  The owners did promise me a dishwasher but from there it went back downhill. They were to call me Monday for install I had to call them. I was given a time which I put on my schedule and took off work. After being an hour late I called and they told me they had given me a different time which I had recorded each conversation so I know what they said.  I have taken off of work now four times and I still wait for the dishwasher to be put in.

    My experience with them was fine. The work was nothing major. They looked at the dryer, and there was nothing wrong with it. They checked the refrigerator and replaced a part on it. They were prompt. I would possibly use them again in the future.

    I called this company to repair my dryer and made an appointment for the next day. They could not give me a window of time for the serviceman to arrive and told me to call them the following morning for an estimated time of arrival. I thought this was strange and was accustomed to the company calling the client rather than the other way around. I called the next morning and was given a window from 1-3 pm. I called 3 pm and again at 4:30 pm and neither of the representatives could give me an estimate of when the technician would arrive nor offered to call him for an estimate. I canceled the appointment and will do business with another company I found this company to lack in punctuality and professionalism and I will not seek to use their services in the future.

    Appliance Connection was there the next day to assess the problem and order the thermostat. Within a day or two he was back to replace the part. What impressed us most was the courtesy and care of the service rep. Of course, he was friendly, but my wife was really impressed that he put shoe covers on his feet when he entered our house on a rainy day. Very impressive company, and although the price was a littler higher than I would have thought to replace a thermostat, I would certainly use them again.
