They understood the job and the possible problems. They explained everything carefully, gave me a written estimate and projected time frame. When problems with the house were uncovered, they again offered a solution, gave me a written estimate and stayed on track. They addressed all my questions and concerns. They did everything they said they would with professionalism and courtesy. They promised to continue working until they finished once they started and they did. I would hire them again for my home. ABudget Siding & WindowsAs I decided to add siding to my house I didn’t know where to go so my first move was to go to Angies list. First, I called all the big companies and got a quote from them which was out of my budget then I found Rick, and this company and hired them for the job. I got a reasonable price which ended up being way under the other quotes I received. I read the reviews and decided to use Rick and his company. Overall impressed with the job, my house looks brand new and the craftsmanship was excellent. Definitely would recommend to everyone. His work is as good and even better than other companies. Rick is an A+ class person, he is always answering his phone and stands behind his work, and he fixes the wrong. ASouthFace Renovations LLC.Large and tall 100 year + old house on Birmingham's Southside with large exterior surface area that probably had not been touched for 40-50 years. Southface removed existing aluminum siding, repaired/replaced rotten wood, replaced flashing and fascia boards, restored original siding and boards where needed, installed new porch lights and fans, cleaned stone, cladding and repainted everywhere. Took longer than expected but as work was on outside, was not too concerned and there were also delays due to weather conditions. Left work site very clean and tidy at end of job. Larry, Ivan and the crew were great to work with, great communication with frequent check-ins. Very responsive to my concerns. Cost more than original estimate but they ran into some unexpected repairs and did some additional work that was not included in original estimate. I was impressed by how they looked for ways to save money where they could and asked at each step where they had to spend extra to fix something properly. Estimate was much more reasonable than others I had obtained in the past. Overall I am very happy and would use again.- Cathy F.
