Mark is very detailed oriented and committed to quality work. We got 6-7 quotes which were all over the place. AB & B Residential ServicesAs always, Joel and his crew did outstanding work. Pricing was perfect for us - we weren't expecting to be able to put in the screened porch yet. The crews that came out to work not only did fantastic work, but were courteous and aware anytime they needed to move their vehicles for one of us to leave the house for any reason. Good, friendly communication. Good resolution of any miscommunications. I'm not a carpenter or a roofer or an electrician or a plumber, but all of their work is solid. Joel is a quick to come out for a quote and very knowledgeable. And he's also saved us a buck or two when he could. I also loved finding out this time that he sources materials locally from smaller businesses. I already trusted him and his work, and that was just icing on the cake, so to speak. Anyone who's seen it has loved it. We've been approached by a neighbor asking about the work because they watched it go up. My uncle, who worked with Sears for 40+ years in their repairs department is very hard to please, and he practically gushed about the handiwork. Ultimately, Joel has helped us on multiple occasions and hasn't steered us wrong yet.- Madi C.

Provided a competitive estimate and we decided to give them a chance. Especially after seeing other helpful reviews. They arrived on time. Engaged in conversation with me and listened to my questions and concerns. Worked hard and diligently. Asked me to check out the completed project before calling it finished. Cleaned up after themselves! It’s hard to believe this process of connecting with Angie’s List, finding a company, getting estimates, and project completion, was less than a week! I’d certainly hire Andrew Muncey’s Home Repairs in the future.

DGuy showed up. He had no ladder to get into my attic, so I supplied one. He wandered around inside and out and then told me they would have to use metal flashing throughout to seal up any place mice could enter...at a cost of close to $4,000. He offered no written estimate (despite the supposed precision of the estimate which was down to the penny.) He seemed to think there was a gap between the roof and the top plate of the walls all the way around of 3 to 4 inches. He said that was the way they built houses back when our house was built. I guess he thought I was stupid and didn't know anything about construction. He was wrong.

DMy first inspection appointment was in early July 2020. Matt showed up to inspect and was very polite but was unable to inspect entire crawl space because of narrow clearance. He took pictures and measurements and recommended some things we could do to make the foundation more secure. I was told to expect a quote with pictures on Monday. After not hearing anything from him for 3 MONTHS after emailing him through the website and leaving messages on the office answering machine. Finally heard back from Matt on October 14th, and I agreed to another inspection with him bringing along another smaller sized worker that would be able to inspect the entire crawl space. Second inspection was November 5th 2020, they were very polite and found a few more things that could be improved. I was told to expect a quote on Friday. It is now December 7th and I have yet to hear anything from this company. Very frustrating and I will not be using them in the future.

AThe ETS Restorations team are miracle workers. We worked with an online design firm to produce an amazing design, but it was just a computer rendering without building specs. They took a pretty complex design (included fencing, a shed, paving, custom wood planter boxes) of our front yard and back yard and turned it into reality. Better yet, they did it in two weeks to get it done before a party we were hosting at our house, and right on budget. The head guy Charles came out and was really thoughtful. (He does design work himself on most jobs) Came up with great ideas (ie picking stone, designing the shed, lighting, irrigation, etc) and also improved the design. Then delivered a quote that he stuck to. The craftsmanship was top notch and the guys take pride in their work which really matters vs other home renovations where the key pieces are usually bought and just installed vs custom. Highly recommend them.
