    Best Friends Animal Hospital
They give a 10% military discount. There wasn't a wait time. The vet is the sweetest guy in the world. Great quality of service and professionalism of the office. Knowledgeable and take good care of your animals.

The dog has been with them ever since he was a pup, he's been with them all the way through worming and the whole deal. They had serviced us all the way with him. He was with his mother for eight years and she passed, and then her brother and her has had the dog now and so all the medical services that we have had have been done.  Any surgeries, any kind of check ups, and any kind of emergency things that would come up they did his shots.  They give you your monitors, they schedule you, and say hey your within a window for this to be done and that sort of thing.

    Maddy's Pet Resort LLC
My dog goes to Maddy's for doggy daycare 3 days a week, and LOVES it there!  He has fun, gets attention and runs out some of his energy (he's a lab).  He knows when it is a daycare day, and is always anxious to get in the car and get there to play.  The owners are great people and they love animals!  I highly recommend them for boarding and daycare!!

    Maddy's Pet Resort LLC
My puppy love has a great time, comes home exhausted, and gets some of her crazy out so we can all enjoy being home during the weekend.  We work full time and run around during the week so while she does get some exercise at home in the evening, it's nothing compared to the fun she has running around with other dogs all day long.

I took her initially when Maddy's was in Madison and I needed her groomed on short notice.  I had never even heard of doggie daycare but figure what the heck.  When I found out they had moved from Highway 72 in Madison to Harvest I was so excited!  We have been taking our puppy since 2011 and have never had a problem.  At one point we had to leave town suddenly and Mike and Barb could not board our puppy the entire time but offered to bring her home and check on her until we came back.  They truly are amazing people.  Also, they post lots of pictures on facebook so even when we are out of town we can check in and see how puppy love is doing.

She has a good reputation.  She's very communicative and responsive.  She has really great ability and she gives the report at the end of the job.  When you need to talk to her at the end of the job; she's really responsive.

    Heather's Housekeeping and Pet Sitting
Heather has been cleaning my  house for several months now. She is very detail oriented and a perfectionist with herself. The first time she came, she came for a quote and to discuss what was within my budget. We worked out every detail and she is excellent about communication with me. She is kind, honest, and efficient! I trust her in my home when I go to work and I LOVE coming home to relax in my clean, sparkling house! I appreciate her very, very much!

The people at wall vet are kind down to earth good people who have treated our dogs like family. We have used other kennels when they are full or if we need to drop off or pick up on the weekend but prefer to kennel here because they know our dogs.

    Countryside Veterinary Hospital
The staff is very friendly, and I don't have any qualms with taking my pets there. I have had the same vet for the last two times, but before that, I have had other vets, and they have always been very courteous, took the time to explain everything, and they have a good service. I have brought them there to have a bath, and they look good when they leave there. Their prices seem reasonable.

    Whitworth Animal Clinic Inc

We have used Whitworth Animal Clinic exclusively for seven years. In that time span, I have personally talked with Dr. Whitworth, maybe, three times. This lack of contact occurred despite having asked to speak with him (he's tied up, not in the office, or etc.). He lets his techs and office personnel speak for him. While the techs and others are very conscientious and well intentioned, I feel I should talk to the doc every now and again, having spent thousands of dollars and he is, after all, the primary provider.

We had previous issues we felt were isolated. Especially in one case, post-op care was rushed, resulting in premature removal of a drain, even when our layman's eyes could see the drainage had not stopped. This caused our dog to endure yet another procedure. However, we gave the clinic the benefit of our doubt.

Most recently, our dog exhibited lethargy, lack of appetite, and an enormous thirst. Dr. Whitworth (or should I say the tech) diagnosed a UTI which we successfully treated (we thought). Then her thirst increased and lethargy became more pronounced. We returned to the clinic and again saw only the tech and office personnel. They did blood work and found elevated liver enzymes. She seemed to act better at the clinic so they released her to us. The tech (not the doc) told us to give her a liver treat daily. They offered no diagnosis or mention of the cause of the high levels, just and quot;she is an older dog.and quot; She returned home with her symptoms getting worse.

My wife scoured the internet and found a possible cause the clinic had not discussed with us: Cushing Disease. We called and informed them our pet had not improved and asked what we could do. When they were not responsive, we suggested having her checked for Cushing. They agreed but the tests were negative. I asked to speak to the vet, again without success. The tech did his best to answer my questions, but he is not the doc and not the head of the clinic. The tech (again, not the doc) called to say they were stumped and said and quot;you can take her to a specialist for more testing.and quot; He didn't recommend it, didn't give us his impression, didn't offer a reason, he just said and quot;her levels aren't normaland quot; and we COULD use a specialist. I expect a professional to offer his advice (that's what I pay for) as opposed to telling us what we COULD do. With that, we were fed up and sought another vet. The change was like night and day.

To summarize, we felt as if we paid a premium price yet did not receive the personalized service for which we paid.

    Catisfaction Cat Clinic Inc
We have taken our cat to Catisfaction twice for grooming services since our regular vet does not offer them anymore. Both times they have done a great job! The services seem a bit pricey, but they do a fabulous job and are very professional, so we will continue to use them. Her fur is soft and shiny for weeks after a treatment there. We also appreciate that they offer a and quot;Brazilian sani-cutand quot; for kitties, which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. They give her a close trim in the genital/rectal area and down the back of her legs. Our cat is a bit on the heavy side and has longish fur, which makes it difficult for her to groom herself and quot;down thereand quot; and has led to some other problems. Having her trimmed makes it much easier on us to help her stay neat and tidy. They also give you a progress report at the end of the visit that describes what was done and how she reacted to it, and will make recomendations if they notice anything that you should follow up on (like a teeth cleaning, etc.)
