    Griffin, Dr. Michael
I just like Dr. Griffin. He does a good job on our eyes I can't have any complaints. He has been putting my family in glasses and contacts for 15 years.

    Griffin, Dr. Michael
I should give Dr. Michael Griffin some kudos. He is great too. I have been seeing him for 10 years. He is great. I have sent my daughter, my son in law and several others to him. Everyone that I have sent to him just loves it over there. There is a good selection of frames. He has a very nice staff and a pleasant office. He doesn't take long. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

    Dobbs Eye Clinic
We visited Dr. Chisum who works in both the Enterprise and Geneva offices. She and the staff were absolutely amazing with my daughter. She spent so much time with us performing a very thorough exam and took time to answer every question in great detail.

    Walmart Vision Center
The doctor there was really good. I was trying to pick up my glasses, I wasn't rushed or anything. They actually got my glasses in about 3 days and that was over a holiday weekend.

    Walmart Vision Center
Excellent service and they are easy to find at Walmart in Ozark. The staff are friendly and helpful, and assisted me with picking out frames and explaining lenses. The doctor did a thorough job examining my eyes and vision. He was very professional and helped me choose tri focal lenses for my new regular glasses, while explaining what I could expect over the next few years with vision changes due to age and which symptoms might require medical attention.

    Dobbs Eye Clinic
They are great especial Sharleen. They are prompt and not like any other office I can see when my appointment is scheduled. She does a thorough exam. They don't double, triple book. They don't give my grief of the spectacles I choose.

    Dobbs Eye Clinic
They got me in super quick, and they are always good at that. He is very thorough, he explains a lot of information and he listens to what I am saying. My eyes are very bad, and he takes the time with me. I like the office, it is an older office, but it is nice and clean.

They were fine. I had to wait about 30 minutes before I could see a doctor and I had an appointment. The staff was nice.

    Dobbs Eye Clinic
I made the eye exam appointment in September, and it took until the 28th of October to get in. The appointment took all of 15 minutes. I was taken to the side of the office for ordering the glasses, and the technician seemed very disorganized and didn't give me very much confidence that she knew what she was doing. She told me that my glasses would be ready for pick-up on Wednesday. My appointment was on Friday. I called on Wednesday and they were not ready. It took at least another week before they came in. When they did arrive, Dr. Dobbs told me that I have 30 days to report any problems, after that, I could not make any adjustments. The glasses cost $606.00. I tried to wear the glasses, but my distance vision was horrible and there was a glare at night that was unbearable. I took the glasses back and was told that I had not asked for the AR coating, which I did ask for, the technician just neglected to check that block on the order form. they charged me an additional $70 for the coating, bringing the cost of the glasses to $676.00 I told Dr. Dobbs that I thought there was a problem with the prescription, and he told the technician to change the prescription to match the prescription for distance vision on my original glasses. When I got the glasses, the distance vision was still bad. I took the glasses to another optometrist to have them read on the machine. My old prescription was 2.25 left eye and 2.50 Right eye. The new glasses read at 3.75 left eye, and 4.00 right eye. I immediately took them back to Dobbs with the readings. They were very defensive and were visibly displeased that I was causing them to have to have the glasses remade. Now it has been over three months and I still don't have glasses to wear. The glasses finally came in, and they still aren't quite right, not what I expected for the $676. spent on them. I recommend that no one use Dobbs Eye Clinic for anything.
