The job is beautiful. From the sales people to the installers they were professional, courteous and very attentive from start to finish. Throughout the installation process the sales people came and double checked on the progress and followed up throughout the completed job. They were wanting to make sure I was 110% happy with the overall quality.

    Veterans Cleaning Solutions, LLC
They did a good job. There was a carpet stain in my son's bedroom that I've actually had it cleaned a couple of times and it never came off. And the Veterans got it off.

They come when they say & stay on the job until it's finished. The estimate is always accurate. If you have any questions or need guidance they are very helpful. They have done a lot of work on my house and the workmanship is great.I have absolutely no negative comments to make, only praise. I am very impressed with them and their work. To say the least, I highly recommend them. In fact, I refer to them as "my contractor".

I met Wade Reese in March 2007 when the tornado hit the house my sister and I had been remodeling. Wade had been remodeling the house across the street at the same time we were working on our house. When the tornado hit, Wade took us under his wing. He reviewed the estimate that the insurance adjuster had given us and said it wasn't enough. Wade did a walk through with the adjuster, pointing out all the work that needed to be done. He got the adjuster up another $20K. Even while he was remodeling the house, he was looking out for us, showing us ways to stretch our insurance dollars and getting more bang for our buck. As an example of his above and beyond attitude; one day Wade saw some guys with heavy equipment removing tornado debris from the neighbor's yard and he went over and talked them in to coming and removing a huge upturned tree stump/roots from the middle of our yard at no charge to us. Not only is Wade a good man, he uses good sub-contractors. Being that I am a woman, I've never felt afraid to work alone with any of his guys. In fact, I trust Wade so much, when he was laying the flooring in my personal home, I just gave him a key so he could come & go as he needed while I was at work.

Buddy showed up when he said that he would and got right to work.  We had used him on previous projects and have always been very pleased.   Whenever there was a problem or a question about something that I wanted done he was very helpful in giving me different options and working with me. His workmanship is great, his prices are reasonable and he is always careful with my home/belongings. In the past we have used him for another bathroom remodel, kitchen tile work and various small electrical jobs.

Kevin sales associate came out, measured, gave estimate. Drew and his worker came out on a Monday. Pulled up old flooring, repaired a few concrete areas. Installed hardwood in great room, hall one day. Installed master bedroom third day. The molding, trim for between rooms and all. Trim at doorways matches the dark hickory wood well. They moved furniture and did thorough clean up. Hand scraped hickory is beautiful! Plan to do other 2 bedrooms as soon as possible.

    Olds Hardwood Floors
Initially, the floor was sanded and finished with satin polyurethane finish. The finish was splotchy and uneven. It was obvious where the polyurethane application had been overlapped in long stripes, whereas other areas appeared to have little coating. Worse, there were prominent circular swirl marks in the wood in many places in all four rooms. I asked the provider to re-sand the floors and apply a gloss polyurethane finish instead of satin, which he agreed to do. The new finish was generally much better in appearance, but still contained numerous swirl marks, although not as noticeble as the first attempt. In the process of doing the work, the refinisher left black scuff marks on freshly painted walls in all four rooms. These appeared to have been caused by his machines brushing against the walls (black rubber handles and bumper strips around the sanding/buffing machines). When my wife pointed this out to him, he denied responsibility for the marks. Finally, he also slopped polyurethane coating on the freshly painted white baseboards of all four rooms. This has left very noticeable yellow stains on about 30 - 40 percent of the baseboard surface, requiring that all the baseboards be repainted. I painted over the scuff marks on the walls, but asked the provider to assist me in repainting the baseboards and pay for the paint. He agreed to meet me at the house at a certain time to address the complaint, but never showed up. Over the past week he has refused to return my calls. ADDED 26 July 2010: In the time since this report was originally submitted, I have noticed numerous unfilled nail holes in the wood floors that he indicated he would fill as part of the floor refinishing process. Another area where he did not fulfill his contract with me. Additionally, I have found numerous polished nail heads in the wood which he said would be set so as not to scar the sanding disks, which would in turn mark up the floor - exactly the situation I have. Perhas his eyesight is failing, or maybe he just did the work carelessly and in a great rush to get on to the next project with little concern for quality.
