    I use Shaun and he is great. The girls are 10 and 11 and he found us a phone for gamers. It is a cell phone, a smart phone and they can play games. The phones were $20 a piece, which was great. They are HTC phones so the durability is great. They are great phones for girls that age and they have the parental guides on them. I've been with them for 11 years.

    I went to the local store and Tonya the manager got my iPhone back to its original stAte with all my apps and contacts back on it. I had tried to activate the phone to no avail but she was able to get it back to its original state so that I could use it immediately. I love not only Verizon for their great service but the local store for their personal customer service that is exceptional!!!!!

    I was using Southernlinc Wireless and they were really bad so I got Verizon Wireless and their service really picks up and I can talk on my phone anywhere I go. I pay them monthly and they are not that expensive. I will continue using their services in the future.

    They have been fine. We have five telephones on our account. They cost less money than other places. We haven't really had any problems. They are saving me money over my past experiences. I had a problem with my telephone and they were unable to fix. It's not keeping me from using it though. They were punctual at attempting to fix it.

    Southernlinc Wireless
    I had Southernlinc Wireless for four years but they were really bad. I was on contract with them; I couldn’t renew it and if I did want to renew it I would have to renew my phone too and they didn’t tell me all that when I got the contract. They are useless, they phones never work and even after paying the bills it wouldn’t work and I could not use it at home to get phone calls. It was just horrible, even in the day time it was not clear, they would drop calls all the time and their services were just not good. I would not recommend them. They were very expensive. I will never use them again in the future and I switched to Verizon Wireless.

    The best thing about Verizon in southeast Alabama, is that they have the better towers. In other words, Verizon works when other cellular phones do not. They are not very good at following through with what they say. At the place where my wife works, they have a contract with Verizon and agreed to give discounts to their employees also. She went to the local office and did all the required documents. A couple of months later I was going over the bill in order to pay it. I said "there's no discount here, it the same that you have always paid". We she gets on the phone with a service rep and supposedly gets it all taken care of. Some time later I decide to bite the bullet and get a cell phone (never had one before). So there we are, in the store, on the verge of adding another phone to her plan and find out that she still has no discount. They tell her that they can't fix it unless she shows them a name tag or check stub. So we go back home and retrieve both of them and go back to the store, even though we only needed one or the other. The clerk looks at the name tag and says "it don't have your last name on it; it won't work". I say "well that's ok; I have a check stub". She says," this one will not work either, it more that three months old". I told the lady, "if I don't get that discount, I don't want the phone; and I not going to make a third trip up here". By this time there was a manager witnessing all of this. I expected him to give me a break and intervene, but he never did. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I went to Walmart and purchased a Straight Talk phone around $50. After that my service is $33/mo and an auto refill is charged to my credit card. It has more time on it than my wife's phone ( I think that it's 700 minutes) and there is no contract. It works just as well as her Verizon phone.
