    They are friendly. I don't like the gas mileage. It doesn't have the power I thought it would have. I like the vehicle, the sound of it. The only problem I have now is the gas turbo so I'm going to take that and see what's going on there.

    Purchased a vehicle from them several months ago. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, and treated us as if our buying a vehicle with them really did not matter one way or the other. It took them several hours to get our paperwork done (while we sat with a small child waiting) they never offered coffee, water or anything else. When the paperwork was finally done and we were leaving we realized the car was on only 1/4th of a my husband asked would they please fill the tank up at least to which they responded "no we can not" because the Manager said they had a budget for gas and we had to account for the car being taken on test drives and things like that before. How that matters I do not even know so we decided to just take it and go get gas ourselves. Several days later we were having trouble and needed something from the dealership, when they finally called us back several days after that they said they were "unable to help" and our "warranty" does not even cover an OIL CHANGE. I know $24,000 is not the same as a $40,000 car but I still felt like we should have treated with better customer service and more professionalism.

    Test drove vehicles for purchase on 4/6, they took information and was to call me for figures.  i never heard until I emailed. I went again to test drive another vehicle and to trade mine.  I spoke to 3 different people and got 3 different stories about the deal. The manager calls and gives me figures total different than discussed with other people there. Wouldnt work with me on deal and I was going to PAY CASH !!!

    I asked if they could find out why my heat wasn't working. The service guy called me when they finished th uual check up and said my brake pads need to be replaced on the front and the back will be needing it soon. He recommended going ahead and doing the back since it was there and they also had to smooth out the rotor blades. He said my heat doesn't work because I needed the "blend door actuator" replaced and they would need my truck for about a week. They cost was $475.00. I asked why so much and he said because they have to take the front panel off. I said no, can't afford it right now. When I got there to pick up my truck, the service guy was across the bay talking with co-workers and didn't bother to come over and discuss what they did with my truck. I noticed a $95 charge and asked what it was for and it the the test they ran on my AC/Heat unit to determine what was wrong. I paid my bill and left. Several days later a gentleman from Bondy's Ford called me to see if I was satisfied with the service I had received, I said no. I found out that the blend door actuator could be replaceduch cheaper and quicker than what the service guy told me. The gentleman mentioned if I got a survey from them, would i give it a positive rate and I said no. Never got the survey in the mail, figures. A week later my engine light came on and my gas guage stopped working. there was no way I was going back to Bond's ford.  I decided to go to a nother place and found Evans Automotive. I told them my heater wasn't working either and they said they would check it out for me. They fixed the gas guage issue and the engine light issue. he said my heat didnt' work because the blend door actuator was now working. I asked what the cost and time to have my truck would be, he said $260 and 1 day with truck. Bondy's Ford is a ripoff. Shame on you.

    Dodge Dart-2014brand new car - had about 3 months, fuse blew to the cigarette lighter.  $11.01, $11.01-2nd time.  My daughter got in a wreck and they said she wasn't going fast enough for the air bags to go off.  There was a piece on the floor board in the backseat, behind the passenger side.  They told us to get some super glue and glue it back on. Seat belt on passenger side quit working and cost us $50.It had 16,992  miles and the engine light came on.  They said to drive it and if the light started flashing, to call a tow truck. The panel came off on the driver's side.  They said we didn't know how to get in and out and that's why it came off. The dealership wouldn't do anything.  I called Dodge and they wouldn't do anything either.  We got rid of it.  It was a piece of junk.  We took a big loss. This was the worst deal we have ever went thru.

    The leather front drivers seat after just one year had a place where the leather looked like someone had scratched th top layer off of it in several places. I took it to Sam Boswell Honda for them to look at it. They tried to accuse me of leaving my car in the sun. I told them my car was garage kept always. Then they tried to say I poured finger nail polish remover on it. I told them I dont' use a lot of polish and I certainly wouldn't use polish remover while driving! I traded in a 2007 Honda Accord with leather that was kept in great condition. If I was so abusive to my cars it wouldn't have been in such great condition. I reminded them of this. We were good customers for 30 years. You would think they would treat us with a little more respect. I didn't leave them alone about my seat. After 6 months and me calling almost every week about it they finally gave in and repaired the seat. Then our key fobs quit working,both of them. We only had the car 1 1/2 years. My husband rarely used his. Of course it was our fault. We were abusive to our key fobs too. I reminded them of all the other cars we have traded with them about every 2 or 3 years and to look back and see if we were abusive to an of our trade ins. They wanted to charge us $200 for 2 new key fobs. Thsi is not the way to treat good 30 year patrons. We traded that car in for a new Toyota. We will never do business with these people again.

    Called first to make sure internet price was negotiable. Also wanted to make sure that I would get what I wanted on my trade. Salesman said it was negotiable.  Totally different story when I got there.  The price of the car was $2000 different than on the internet and $3000 below what NADA is on trade.  Wasted my time and my gas.  So, it doesnt pay to call this place first !!!!
