"Excellent work! The difference is amazing! He also quoted me for the master shower and we're having him come back to do that. We're confident he'll" do an excellent job there too - well worth the money! He even was willing to work on Sunday and labor day to fit my difficult schedule!

-Andrew G.

"I cannot recommend Mr.
highly enough. I was in utter shock when he answered the phone when I called. After I described the work to be done" he said he could come that very day due to some slack in his schedule. He and his employee were careful to keep the bathroom floor protected so as to keep that area clean. He was very polite and professional at all times. I had selected Mr.
due to the excellent reviews he had received and also because I had seen that he was willing to tackle small jobs like this as well as bigger ones.

Whether you want to replace a laminate floor, backsplash, shower stall or countertops, ceramic tile is a durable, easy-to-clean option that can add value to your home. Both ceramic and stone tiles are nearly maintenance free, though grout will need occasional resealing.

Tile flooring

There's nothing classier for a kitchen or bathroom floor than one made of natural tiles. But tile flooring is expensive and does have some disadvantages that homeowners should think about before making a decision on which type of flooring they prefer.

Tile Installation reviews in Grove Hill

Grove Hill Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
arrived on time. He went to work on the shower and immediately found water damage behind the tiles (which we suspected was there). He explained what the repairs would entail and the estimated cost of repair. He tore out the tile, careful not to damage them, so they could be re-installed, and removed the water-damaged wall-board behind it. He was careful to explain everything to me and show me what he was doing as he went, which I appreciated. He finished caulking the parts he could and left about 45 min into the 1 hr special I purchased. He did return 5 days later on a holiday with another employee to make the repairs. All the work looked great, but he ended up charging me $100 more than the estimate 5 days earlier. Seemed like a large difference to me at the time.
Although I really liked Freddi and he clearly knew what he was doing, he never followed-up with an estimate for redoing the tile in the entire bathroom or the backsplash in the kitchen which he measured for before he left. He may be too busy, but follow-up would have been better.
Overall, he is a competent tiler who knows what he is doing.

is very experienced, made helpful suggestions and worked in an efficient, careful manner covering the flooring, etc., cleaning up as he worked. He had all the tools on site, providing materials and added service to prepare a surface to ensure the tiles would be stable. Additionally, Mr.

is a quiet, personable contractor, enjoyable to work with educating me along the way. He also provided an estimate for a possible future project.

This was our second tile job done by
Grove Hill Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
, and we were not disappointed. While they are not the least expensive bid, they do quality work to justify it. They ensure that the job is done to our satisfaction. This job they send out
Grove Hill Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
to do the construction and tile work. This guy seems like he could build a whole house, if you asked him. He seemed so delicate about revealing the damage that was present below our existing wood flooring. Once I explained I had a good idea how bad it was going to be, he dug in and made sure that it was rebuilt correctly.
During the job, we had an issue with the first pedestal sink, which we had purchased on our own.
Grove Hill Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
was a great help with getting the vendor to credit us for the sink. He has a good relationship with many of the vendors in the area where we often get plumbing and tile supplies, so it's helpful when you have unexpected issues pop up during the job. That's the other good thing about
Grove Hill Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
and his crew, they always seem to take the problems that pop up in stride.

Very. very bad experience. The project was estimated to take 5 days, it took 7, including a Saturday. The workers failed to arrive on time, with the exception of the last day. We the did arrive the first day they had no plastic to wrap the kitchen cabinets. We had moved all the furniture, so the didn't have that to deal with. The biggest issue was that the 30% of the tile was warped, but he said would use that for the
Grove Hill Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
cuts. Hindsight being 20/20 I should have sent them home, but he assured me with a grout line of 3/16 it would even out. The reason I purchased from
Grove Hill Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
and not a big box store was so that the tile would not be warped (and paid twice as much). Nothing was wrapped my kitchen cabinets were full of dust. The demo was done daily, instead of the removing entire carpet/existing tile the first day. High points everywhere, I addressed this the first day they laid tile, he said they would use more grout. They did not. They ran out of tile, grout and thin set. As the workers (with the exception of the "foreman") where non-English speaking, communication was impossible. The foreman was never here, dropped off two workers and left. Doors left open all day with air conditioner running, driveway a mess, mulch ruined, oven broken, washer installed incorrectly, wall and doors filthy, NONE of the furniture moved back, and I really needed help with a very heavy desk, which still sits in the middle of my living room; the list (and I have this documented) goes on and on.

Great, and the price was excellent. Another contractor wanted double that amount. I found out about him from my sister. She had used him to do a kitchen remodel and I was very impressed with his work.

Service was great,
Grove Hill Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
allowed us to bring home large samples to review, them met us at our new home to measure for the new flooring. Installation was completed in one day. Installers were polite and answered questions.

Arrived each day @ 7 a.m. Removed old flooring & found the original floor underneath. Another contractor would have patched old floor & installed new floating floor over it.
Grove Hill Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
told worker to remove old floor down to sub-floor, eliminated floor squeeks, installed luan plywood & new floor. Workmanship excellent. Job complete on time.

The service was OUTSTANDING!
I received an Initial visit that was for a free estimate. Everything was fully explained.
The service was scheduled and provided within a reasonable period of time.
The grout in my kitchen (which was originally off white) had turned almost black after 20 years. (My kitchen floor looked like a tic tac board). Scrubbing and cleaning the grout with a brush took hours; would only result in temporary fix, and still did not look the way I desired.
On the day of service, the technician reviewed everything with me, cleaned my tile and grout and then restored grout with a paint/stain resistant sealer. He then buffed the entire floor giving it a smooth feel and shine.
I am not exaggerating when I say the floor looks brand new; just like the day I moved in 20 plus years ago. This was much less expensive then replacing the kitchen floor. In addition, I found the service technician to be very knowlegeable, effecient, and personable.
I also want to mention that the sealer works very well. We have already had some spills that have wiped right up without any discoloration to the grout.
