He was quick to respond, and made it easy to arrange the payments from a distance. He was also quick to come out and quote as well as install the fence. It was a very smooth process. Their estimate was reasonable and they were able to address specific concerns I had. They did an excellent job on all tasks and completed the tasks on the schedule they provided. AHandyman Pro SolutionsHandyman Pro Solutions did an excellent job repairing my fence. They were very thorough when discussing the repair process. They also listened to and addressed all of my concerns regarding the maintenance and longevity of the fence after the repair process. They even took time to research a question I asked when they didn’t know the answer offhand. After completing the repair work, they left my yard clean and even took the time to fill in some low spots in my lawn with dirt that was leftover from replacing some of the fence posts. Now that my fence has been repaired and restained it looks brand new and I am very happy with the quality of their work.- Bobby H.

ACREATIVE FENCE & CONTAINMENTThey did great work; the fence looks beautiful and they did a great job cleaning up my yard after they were done. I have to ding them a little on internal communication -- I arranged over the phone for the fence to have a feature that was a little unusual, but the request wasn't transferred from the office to the foreman or to the workers. In the end I didn't get exactly what I had asked for. I'd still hire them again, though.- Kurt M.

DEverything was fine until the end of installation. Workers were in a hurry to finish before the weekend. Gates do not hang level. Owner says they look fine to him. Meets his standards. Said he would come back out and to try and adjust them. Been waiting 3 months for that to happen. There was no cleanup after they were through. They left metal pieces and huge chunks of concrete in the flower beds. We have to completely redo flower beds that they ruined. Very expensive fence and very poor workmanship. Would NOT recommend this company ever.

DGuy showed up. He had no ladder to get into my attic, so I supplied one. He wandered around inside and out and then told me they would have to use metal flashing throughout to seal up any place mice could enter...at a cost of close to $4,000. He offered no written estimate (despite the supposed precision of the estimate which was down to the penny.) He seemed to think there was a gap between the roof and the top plate of the walls all the way around of 3 to 4 inches. He said that was the way they built houses back when our house was built. I guess he thought I was stupid and didn't know anything about construction. He was wrong.

AMy property backs up to a wooded area. A tall dead tree was dislodged in a recent storm and was leaning precariously against a healthy tree across my fence. This was not easily accessible from the road. ESBS came and gave me a quote on the same day I called them, and arrived THE NEXT DAY at the time promised to remove the tree. They were courteous, skillful and quick, using the healthy tree to get up and lowering the dead tree in sections. They also removed all debris. They also took down another small dead tree nearby at the same time, for a small extra cost.

He kept me abreast of the project timeline and progress and showed up on time. He also left the area clean after finishing the work.
