ACarpet Outlet of PelhamWe were looking to update our house because we thought we were going to put it on the market. We have since decided to stay, in part because we have been so pleased with the results!! We had our entire house carpeted and new window treatments installed. We are happy happy happy, especially because our first child has started to walk. He now toddles over the new carpet and we feel safe when he tumbles knowing it is non-toxic and SOFT! Cathy and her associates are wonderful to work with and helped us so much! We will use them again for sure in the future. One note: though they are not officially affiliated with Carpet Outlet, we received a recommendation for a power washer/handyman/yard service tech from the man who installed our window blinds. This turned out to be such as blessing, as my husband has Multiple Sclerosis and cannot work in the heat. Rick was clear and consistent in his communication, very personable, and an all around pleasure to work with. Robert and his crew did an excellent job in a very timely manner. The price was very fair and the quality of work was outstanding. We got other estimates and Budget's was the best. They even cleaned up well at the end of the job. ABudget Siding & WindowsJackie Hinkle came to our house when he said he would and was easy to work with and he had all the samples (styles and colors) we needed to make our decisions. His prices were much more attractive than others we had talked with. The installers came and worked as scheduled and did a great job. We had old dented and scratched gutters to remove first and also had a fair amount of rotted wood needing replacement. On-time, they wrapped up all our eaves (at high elevations), covered our gables and then a second crew installed the new gutters and leaf guards. The only negative thing I can say is that afterwards we found that they had left more bits and pieces of scrap vinyl, etc. around the house than I thought they should.- Robert L.

ALouver Shop of BirminghamAndrew is very responsive. The Louvre Shop made sure that the custom color of the plantation shutters matched the existing trim. The price was quite reasonable and not much more than I would've paid by purchasing shutters online and installing myself. If color matching to existing paint, I do recommend having them send you a swatch of the match before having the final product made. It adds an extra week or two to the process but does ensure a seamless match.- James R.

ACustom Blinds & ShuttersGreat! They came out, measured, called when the blinds came in and set a time for installation. Were on time, professional, quick and efficient. We had one blind that wasn't correct and the installer said he would be back in about two weeks to fix it. Two weeks later they called and set a time for him to back. AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AThe professionals at Carpet Outlet were absolutely wonderful! They were kind, punctual and efficient. We used them for two different jobs and both sets of installers did fantastic work! I LOVE the results!! They were able to match our new hardwoods to two other rooms that were already installed. Plus they went above and beyond. Due to our error we needed to have some new carpet that was installed in a bedroom closet redone because of a water issue and Mr. Mike was so wonderful to come back out and fix our little issue with no problem!!! What a wonderful group of people!!!! I’m so grateful for their help!!!

Cole was responsive, on time, and thorough with his appointment, inspection and sitting down with us about the condition of the roof and options for a roof replacement. Sandy followed up with scheduling the roof replacement and all the paperwork which was in fantastic order. Blair showed up on the job, arranged for good weather (just kidding) and did what they said they would do when they said they would do. The knowledge, expertise and quality was evident at the end and we are very satisfied with our roof. It has been four months and not a single leak and they also replaced our gutters. It was a pleasure working with them.
