Not good; was told it was a two or three day job, it’s been two and a half weeks, and I have hired a new contractor to fix the mess. Brian only work two to four hours at a time, even thought we stated we were on a time schedule due to holidays. I was not told that I was expected to pay for materials until the end of the first week, and I had asked several times about what his bid included. Brian suggested that we take down a partial wall, which was a great idea, he told my husband that his Sheetrock guys could fix the ceiling. We have had to buy ceiling tile to repair the ceiling. Because he told me on his last day the he didn’t do popcorn ceilings. He told me if we found any places in the Sheetrock that needed additional work to call him and he would fix it! When my husband called him he stated that he was finished and that Sheetrock was fine, then hung up on him. An employee of his was allowed to take an iPhone I was selling to see what it would cost to fix it. I have received no money or my phone back. I really pushed Brian to put trim back down on the floor that he had taken up or was not there because a door had been closed up, that work was also unacceptable. The Sheetrock he finished is unpaintable. He was supposed to move a light, but I guess he is not going to to that since he hung up on my husband. I have pictures.
