    The installer did a thorough job of finding the best solution for this job. I needed two electrical circuits under the house for some pumps and dehumidifier. We found 90 amps to the HVAC and was able to use it. No extra wire pulls and a much quicker solution. Later that day I broke a Frost Free water spigot off into the ground. I dug out and then called them. in 2 hrs I was back in business and felt good about leaving home the next day for a trip. That is two ways I've use them. I also have HVAC yearly maintenence with them. So far very good and fair to work with.

    Tech man said until these wires are replaced there's no way to know if compressor is good or bad. I was concerned that it was just a way to get an extra $100+ our of us. He replaced wires and unit worked great for a couple weeks. Fuller immediately sent tech back out they replaced some leads or something & unit has worked fine since. For less than half the price of a compressor they fix our a/c. They have been very prompt, agreeable and economical.

    I just moved in and thought I should have my 2013 heat and air unit checked out and the previous owner smoked also I don't know how often it was serviced so it took a few hours for the deep clean but when my mom came to visit a week later she was saying I lucked up and got a house with a new unit so I'd say he did great. He also let me know i have ants trying to live in it and he showed me the size filter to buy. Also the plumbing guy showed me i had a leak in the bathroom sink and my shutoff didn't work for the toilet and gave me prices on all fixes. So I'd say it was all a great value plus I got another service for the fall with the angies list deal I got.

    1.  Contacted Fuller regarding a new heating and cooling system and spoke with the owner of the company.  He was in all regards, very professional.  He talked with me regarding our needs for a system and the type and then he in turn discussed our needs with his field representative who contacted us to set up an appointment.
    2.  Field representative met with us at the appointed time.  He did a thorough review of our current system and checked all the duct work in the house.  He checked the returns noting the size, electrical system, etc and made recommendations based on his overall evaluation walking me thru each item.  He then provided us with his recommendations for a replacement system.  We purchased the system recommended by him.  It was a system that I had researched as a replacement.  He set up the installation arrangements so as to coincide with our schedules.
    3.  Installers arrived with the new system.  They were in all respects, very courteous, respectful, and professional through out the installation process.  When the system was installed and after they had completed their initial system checks, they walked us thru the various system functions of the new unit.  They were very knowledgeable of the system and the operation answering all questions asked without hesitation.  The new thermostat is a programmable one and we were instructed on the functionality of the new thermostat and how to take advantage of the built in programs to get the most efficiency out of the unit.  After the installers had familiarized us with the new system, everything used during the installation was cleaned up.
    All personnel involved in the entire process were always on time for their appointments and were always respectful to us.  Office staff were always courteous and made sure that any communication between myself and their organization was received by the appropriate individual.
    It is a pleasure for us to have Fuller Heating and Air Conditioning as our service provider for our home heating and cooling system.
    We are privileged to be a customer of theirs and have been for over 20 years.
    Most satisfaction ratings for customer reviews is based on five (*****) stars and I have to rate Fuller TEN(**********) STARS!  They are simply the best and our experience with this company has always been excellent.

    The HVAC technician, Clint, managed to fix a minor problem with my central unit that would allow it to run, temporarily. He spent a a lot of time getting prices for replacement parts for my model and gave me other additional information. He was efficient, effective and very courteous. I was extremely pleased with his service.
    The plumber, Scott, came out to replace a toilet. He had to come out twice and brought a new toilet, nice model with elongated tank and sat higher with parts included. He spent a lot of time helping me make a decision on the best course of action. He was efficient, effective and very courteous. I was very pleased with his service.
    Megan, in the office, was very friendly and was excellent in communicating with me about various details and arrival times.

    These guys were prompt and professional. They were attentive to our description of the issues and what we would like to have done. Quick to get parts and even quicker to do the repairs. They didn't even comment on our overly bad attempt at fixing it ourselves (and there was ample ammunition there to use. LOL.). They even moved the fridge, which we had moved out blocking one entrance to the kitchen, back into place. Not an easy or light task. We will, most assuredly, use these folks again.

    Every one on Y-P is very nice, especially the lady that answers the telephone and schedules.  Johnie Capley was on time did a professional job and reasonably priced.  I have an annual maintenance contract with Y-P to do twice yearly check ups on my AC and heating units.  Excellent service, if I had to have a new unit would purchase from Young Pittman.  Excellent.

    When my husband called he said he would be there but did not show. My husband drove 5 hours to meet him. After the ac was installed in jan. Our utility bill tripled compared to the bill same time last year. When the owner checked it he said he thought someone had tried to steal the unit and had flipped the breaker part of the way off. I think they left the breaker that way when they installed the unit. When my husband drove up to meet him for installation of the thermostat he checked the meter and we had already used 1900 kWh. In 2 weeks and no one had been in the cabin and the thermostat was set on 65 . But instead of being honest about it he said he thought someone was trying to steal the unit.
