    W/H Construction Now
It went horribly. Bill Hodges WH Construction Now, Convinced me He would get enough out of my insurance company from a claim on a water leak to complete $74,000.00 worth of work to the interior of my home. Bill Hodges contract stated he was responsible for removing items from the downstairs where work was to be done into climate controlled storage. Only 2 pieces of furniture was removed into climate controlled storage and some stuff packed up in boxes and put into my garage. I had to pay for the storage and packing and Bill Hodges never reimburse the expenses. I was to be in a hotel from 30 to 45 days while work was being completed which wound up being over 90 days and the job was still no where near complete or correct. Bill Hodges wanted all the contract money up front on start. Bill got a large portion of the money on the start but wasn't long before he started wanting more money even though for what he had already received was way in excess of the amount of work done or materials bought. Job started Feb, 2019, and the past couple of months it seemed like he was just sending over anyone just to have someone there even if they did not know what they were there to do. I finally went to the city inspectors office a couple of weeks ago and was informed by the city that Bill Hodges WH Construction Now, is not even licensed to do work at my home, and the contract amount of $74,000.00 requires a licensed Alabama State Home Builder which he is not according to the inspector. I finally got him out of my house when his worker he sent determined the job was done. about 2 weeks ago. The new flooring was installed improperly as told me by the manufacture of the product. The floor has damage numerous areas through out the house. There are numerous items not done such as Closet rods just laying in the floor / All towel bar set are falling off the walls the same day they were installed / Missing and damaged electrical cover plates through ought the house / electrical problems that never existed until after Bill hodges / Lots of touch up painting not done / Plumbing Issues / Damaged flooring / He had people that claimed to be electricians and plumber that were in fact not licensed. I have the city inspector coming to assess some of the problems, and having to pay licensed electrician and plumber to come inspect and repair problems. Even if the work had been done timely and properly the pricing was way over the top for the caliber of work. Bill Hodges guy he used for painting was very professional and courteous as well as the lead man he originally had at the start of the interior work until he quit because of the lack of materials and money for labor. I had to spend a lot of additional money because of Bill Hodges WH Construction Now, exercise common sense durring the work process. I had to pay to clean several expensive carpets, Had to replace an entire HVAC unit because they had let it run while working, and plug up with dust burning the system out. Also had to have all the duct work on all 3 systems cleaned because of the amount of dust and particulates in the system because they let them run. It has been a horrifying and extremely stressful situation. even now that I have been back in my home I am still unpacking and moving things to where they are suppose to be which is something Bill Hodges WH Construction Now, was suppose to do under the contract. It amazes me he can operate like this and people dont leave the bad reviews allowing someone else to fall victim to this contractor. This could go on forever with all the problems I have been dealing with dealing with Bill Hodges WH Construction Now. He portrays himself as a state licensed general contractor which he clearly is not. No general liability which he claims to be insured, and obviously not licensed in every city or county he claims he is.

    W/H Construction Now
WH construction William Hodges had his crew pull vines from the back of the house, do minor stucco repairs, and paint the exterior walls. The sucker roots on all the metal and vinyl parts of the area vines were removed where never pressure washed, or scrubbed to try and remove the still attached sucker roots all over the windows, soffit, or fascia. Bill said he treated the sucker roots with a special chemical that would allow the roots to just be washed off which I found to be an untrue statement. The painter did a good job and was very honest and professional but Bill Hodges WH construction Now Charged me $20,000.00 to remove the vines, roots, and paint the exterior which I later found was an extremely high price especially for How the back of the house looks. Bill Hodges also charge me and additional $3,000.00 for minor repair and painting a small shed where he had his workers pull my gate down between the shed and the house and took it for Mr Hodges which I never agreed to. I found out much later as Bill Hodges WH Construction Now was finishing up another contract that went horribly bad that Bill Hodges WH Construction Now Did not have General Liability insurance, or even licensed to do work in Fairhope according to the Fairhope city inspection department. The head Inspector for Fairhope explained to me that Bill Hodges WH Construction Now would have been required to Hold an Alabama state Homebuilders license for any work exceeding $10,000,0. Sadly I did not realize what I had gotten into till much later. I let Bill Hodges WH Construction Now talk me into overpaying for substandard work which I realized to late. I would recommend if you see this guy run the other way. Hes makes a good high pressure salesman but cant always deliver

    C & S Pressure Washing
Christian responded to my request through Angie's List very promptly. He did the estimate within 24 hours and when it was accepted, he started work the following day. He completed everything as promised and even waited until I returned to town to get paid! I was very pleased with his work and he assured me that if I had any problem he would come back and make it right. My house, driveway and porches look fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the work provided by C & S Pressure Washing.

    BAYWASH Pressure Cleaning
Initially went well, job was done in two parts as agreed to because of some other yard work being done.
After Mr Mims did my driveway the problems surfaced. Mr Mims missed several areas on my driveway
including the joints between the concrete slabs, he also did not clean the street gutters or "apron" next to
to the street along the front of my property. I called Mr Mims and he said he would come back to see the
missed areas, he did not come back and I received a curt letter from him saying he did enough and would
not do any more. And He told me to go find another source to do my pressure washing. I engaged Mr Mims
after seeing he was trying to establish his business after leaving a teaching position thinking I could help
In his attempt to establish his business.
I would NOT hire Baywash or Mr Mims for any work, he will agree to the work and then give you his interpretation
    of what you want done.

CertaPro Painters of Mobile & Baldwin Counties
I will begin by rating all personnel involved, as they were all excellent.  At the first appointment, Steve Carey surveyed the job site and prepared an estimate.  I had never had a contractor of any type deliver such a professional presentation, so I knew this was a well managed company.  Then all the teams that performed the work always arrived on time, were very courteous, let me know when they would return, and kept me informed of the job progress.  The pressure washing team power washed the entire house, garage, porches, and lattice work.  At that point the house looked much better already. The carpenters then very efficiently replaced rotted wood, and repaired banisters as needed.  All work was done very well, and all exposed wood was primed; and even all exposed nail heads were primed with a special primer for metal. The painters then spent most of a full day just caulking all cracks, open seams and joints.  In a wood lapped house there are a lot of them.  Next, they began the actual painting, which took many days.  They always covered all surrounding areas (windows, doors, lattice, decking) with plastic sheeting (including plants and even the ground), and they taped hardware that could not be removed.  Each day they picked up all trash, stored their ladders and pails where they were not visible from the house or street, and even coiled hoses before leaving. When the job was finished, there was no overspray or drips on decking or windows, or even on the ground. The price was very fair and the work done was excellent.  They even used Sherwin-Williams Duration paint, which is something I would not expect from most painters.I am very satisfied with the job.  Excellent customer service and great results.  The house looks almost like new.

    Help-Around-The-House
They showed up when they said they would and gave me an estimate.  I'm not happy because he had told me he would be done in one day and that was 2+ weeks ago.  I would use him again only because I can't get anyone else to show up.

    Gulf Coast Pressure Washing LLC
I contacted the owner, who came out the same day to provide me with an estimate for the work to be done. We agreed on a price and the appointment was scheduled for the following week. He showed up on the scheduled day and was able to perform the pressure washing. Because I was at work the day the cleaning took place, we agreed that I would look over the work and contact him to work out any issues and questions. I had no problems! The work was satisfactory and I was able to mail him my payment the following day, which was the same price as originally quoted. The whole experience was easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

    Crawford Home Maintenance
I purchased a $75 MY DEAL for 2 hours of pressure washing.  Several weeks ago I sent an requesting to set up the services and received no reply.  To be fair, I allowed a few weeks to pass with no reply.  Therefore I sent a second email and called the phone number.  The husband directed me to call his wife, therefore I called the wife and left her a voicemail to set up the service.  Over a week later I have received no email replies and no voicemails.

As an insurance adjuster who works with contractors on a daily basis have arrived at the conclusion that the outcome was a complete service failure.  This contractor has exceeded their capacity to provide a service to its customers.

I will be submitting this to the BBB and write this off as a loss.

    Alabama Teen Challenge
Christian leads the Alabama Teen Challenge lawn and property maintenance team and does an excellent job.  He came over with two other guys and the work was very professionally done and they were very courteous. We were very impressed with their knowledge and skill.  Teen Challenge is a Christian recovery program, although the men at teen challenge are not teens.  We are very happy with the work ATC did and would hire them again, in fact we are discussing additional lawn care (fertilization and pest/weed control) with them.  You cannot beat their prices.
By hiring ATC lawn and property maintenance you are supporting a great nonprofit program.  Teen challenge also cuts, trims, edges, and blows off grass clippings. They clean yards, place ground covers, trim hedges and small trees, etc.. They also do pressure washing services.
Great prices and great work very professionally done.  I just wish I knew about them sooner!!  They are not like other landscape companies who don't return phone calls or charge excessive prices.  We love ATC lawn maintenance!
