    Wang, Dr. Frank
He is very knowledgeable. He is very kind. I like him a lot. I've been with him about 3 times and I've decided to stick with him. He seems very concerned. I was able to get in pretty quick and now that I'm not a new patient, I get in a lot sooner. I really like their punctuality.

He is very thorough and knowledgable. I like his bedside manner. His office staff is very good and friendly. I never have to wait very long to see him. I can usually get an appointment within a few days and if I am ill I can typically come then or the next day, they do a good job at working me in.

He is quite a well known physician. He has a huge practice. He has been here for years. It is not like he is a new kid on the block. Our overall experience is always good. It's positive and that's why we use him.

    Wang, Dr. Frank
He is a great doctor, and we like him. He was very attentive to my husband. My husband had blood clots in both legs and both lungs, and he pretty much saved his life. The staff is cordial. We would continue to use him in the future.

I never got in to see Dr. Snellgrove. I made an appointment as a new patient and was able to get in within 2 or 3 weeks. At the time I made the appointment i gave them all the info they needed including my insurance company. They were going to mail me some forms to fill out prior to my appointment, but the forms never came. I called about 3 or 4 days before the appointment to ask if the forms had been mailed out, and they said they hadn't yet but they would mail them that day. I told them that's not a problem and I could understand how things fall through the cracks at a busy doctor’s office. I went to the office on the day of my appointment, and there was a sign on the receptionist window that stated that UHC Insurance would not be covered for that month. That was my insurance. I asked her what had happened and she said they didn't get things changed over from United Healthcare during their move to a new office. I told her that was my insurance and asked why they didn't call to tell me this since I told them I was a new patient and what my insurance company was when I called in before. I waited 3 weeks for the appointment and then couldn't get in. I told her it would have been a good idea to check insurance companies of the new patients to call them to let them know. Not only did I not see the doctor, I decided with office staff like that it would be better for me to go elsewhere. The waiting room was very small and packed with chairs, which didn't look comfortable at all.

I just made an appointment today, but was reluctant because there were so many bad reviews about the receptionist.  But since there were so many good reports about the doctor I crossed my fingers and called.  The lady who answered the phone was polite and patient and very nice.

My parents had been to Dr. Snellgrove for several years, so when my husband and I moved to this area, we started seeing him for check-ups, referrals and lab work. Dr. Snellgrove is easy to talk with, if you can get past his front desk receptionist. He has a good bedside manner and is cooperative in treating health concerns of a general nature. He will make referrals if you ask him to for special concerns. The receptionist often makes getting in to see the doctor quite a challenge. Her attitude and tone of voice do not foster good public relations with the patients and even caused my husband and me to leave Dr. Snellgrove. She treated us as if we were a terrible inconvenience to her and was rude, snappy and condescending on several occasions. When we talked with other health care professionals in search of a new doctor, we quickly learned that we were another testimony to an already established reputation. We also had problems with our records from previous doctors not being handled properly. Information we knew had been sent to him could not be found. When we told Dr. Snellgrove that we were leaving him because of his receptionist and one nurse we had also had a problem with, he assured us he would have a staff meeting and get things straightened out. However, I still go to him with my dad, and I have not noticed an improvement. One of his nurses, Kirsten, is exceptional, very caring and treats the patients with respect. Fortunately for her, he realizes her worth.

Both my husband and I dealt with allergies last Spring for about five months. Dr. Dowden is our primary doctor with this group but we saw all the doctors in this practice during our bouts with the allergies. Each doctor expressed a genuine interest and concern for our health problems; treating us as if we were we were THEIR own patient. Though they each had slightly different opinions and techniques for treating us, together we survived allergy season. The receptionists and nursing staff are very pleasant and helpful. Since the group has an early morning clinic and sees patients on Saturday mornings, we could not ask for a more accommodating group of doctors.

Dr. Snellgrove is very personable and friendly. He is always willing to talk with me and tell me the facts. He has a great sense of humor. I like that he has decorated his examination rooms with themes, such as Elvis and Marilyn Monroe. He takes his time with me. I think it is just a thrill to go see him. The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and clear. He has obviously hired very carefully. They know which questions they can answer and which ones that cannot. They work very hard to get me in for emergency appointments. I have been right on time with each of my appointments when I have gone to see him.
