Then right on time the electrician showed up , did his work and explained to me in lay terms how to “ switch over” in the event of power failure. I can’t praise this company enough. I called and talked to Ms. Charity who was very understanding and had someone out to the house very quickly, same day. The men wore masks due to COVID, were very polite and professional. AI think I called him at 9am and he arrived 3 hours later. He came the same day I called him. He said he wanted to take a look at it and knew I was nervous about it. He luckily left a job early and came straight to my residence. He reassured me first thing to not worry about it because there was no electrical issue. He was very informative and told me what it was. He told me I needed it painted and that he would get a new cover for me if it was still in stock. This is the second time I've hired him. The first job was for a wall switch.

AFrom my first contact with Becky McNair, wife of owner Buddy McNair, at the office to the final hand shake, I felt like family! Technicians Jace and Bill listened and explained everything. They do a safety electrical evaluation that I really needed and gave me quotes for the repairs. At this point, I could decline any service with no charge. Are you kidding? The prices were very reasonable with interest free options that were just what this senior needed. Jace and Bill were perfect gentlemen who worked together to complete the work thoroughly and carefully in a reasonable time frame. The strip lighting was repaired and the old fluorescent light over my sink was replaced with an amazing LED strip . I added the full home surge suppressor with five year warranty and grounding upgrade. I can't begin to describe how impressed I am with this company. Locally owned and operated with a Code of Values that they follow perfectly. They offer senior discounts and a yearly discount program. I am already making a list of things I need done. Expert work and impeccable service!!
