    Ridlon contracting LLC
Ronnie Ridlon and his team were great. They called me regularly with their progress. Provided suggestions to the project when I needed a little guidance. They were up front with the cost and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. My tenant and her neighbors have nothing but good things to say about the results. I have a fence project coming up soon. Guess who I'm calling? Yep, Ridlon Contracting, LLC

    Day's Home Improvement
Day's Home Improvement performed a wide variety of home improvements for our home in Fairhope, AL. The entire house was painted, walls, ceiling, trim and kitchen cabinets. Day's provided High quality workmanship at a fair price. The work was completed on time. Days removed and replaced several interior doors. The front door and windows were completely re-finished/ stained and looked beautiful. Our house showed like a newly constructed home allowing our property to be marketed and under contract in less than a week. The workers were polite, skilled and respectful. All around good people. I would highly recommend Day's Home Improvement for any remodeling and painting jobs in Baldwin County / Mobile.

Dustin has been very proactive and professional. He contacted us promptly, was ready to come over to give us a bid or short notice, provided a written contract and come to start the job when he said he would. He just finished a job that took him longer than expected and he didn't ask for a penny more. He stayed here till 9pm finishing up and worked steady and hard the whole time. Very happy with the results of the job. Would hire him again!!!

My fence is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. The craftsmen worked non stop until it was finished. I would definitely use them again. It was a joy to work with people that did such excellent work. My fence was probably not the cheapest but the quality was well worth the price.

Jeff and his son did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous and timely during all stages of the process. Questions were answered fully, and the work was bid, performed, and completed timely. We are thrilled with our new deck and recommend Deck Works with no reservations.

    Wild Works of Alabama
We used Wild works to take down our old deck and build our new much larger deck. He took his time to listen to what we wanted and he answered any questions we had. The deck turned out above and beyond what we expected. Mike was great. We've already hired Wild works to install an irrigation system next. Also, they charged a very fair price.

    Day's Home Improvement
Very pleased with the quality of the work.  It has been seven months since the work was completed and we have not seen any problems with the paintwork.  The workers were very professional, and helped us make decisions on what parts of the trim would be best painted one color as opposed to the second color.  (There were some areas we weren't sure should be painted which color.)  They also prioritized their work so well, they finished with time to spare and willingly tackled another project we hadn't discussed within the original scope of work.  They did as much as they could with the gazebo (the last-minute addition), but the foreman pointed out an area on the top section which had a rotten board.  They didn't have the extra supplies on hand to fix it, so at my request, he contacted the owner to have him arrange to do an estimate on it and some other work we were interested in having done.  The owner made several appointments to come out to do the estimate; but he would either forget to come or would call to say he was too busy and could we make another appointment?  After several tries, we gave up.  That's the only reason for the "B" in responsiveness: we couldn't get him to come out so he could do some more work for us!

CertaPro Painters of Mobile & Baldwin Counties
I will begin by rating all personnel involved, as they were all excellent.  At the first appointment, Steve Carey surveyed the job site and prepared an estimate.  I had never had a contractor of any type deliver such a professional presentation, so I knew this was a well managed company.  Then all the teams that performed the work always arrived on time, were very courteous, let me know when they would return, and kept me informed of the job progress.  The pressure washing team power washed the entire house, garage, porches, and lattice work.  At that point the house looked much better already. The carpenters then very efficiently replaced rotted wood, and repaired banisters as needed.  All work was done very well, and all exposed wood was primed; and even all exposed nail heads were primed with a special primer for metal. The painters then spent most of a full day just caulking all cracks, open seams and joints.  In a wood lapped house there are a lot of them.  Next, they began the actual painting, which took many days.  They always covered all surrounding areas (windows, doors, lattice, decking) with plastic sheeting (including plants and even the ground), and they taped hardware that could not be removed.  Each day they picked up all trash, stored their ladders and pails where they were not visible from the house or street, and even coiled hoses before leaving. When the job was finished, there was no overspray or drips on decking or windows, or even on the ground. The price was very fair and the work done was excellent.  They even used Sherwin-Williams Duration paint, which is something I would not expect from most painters.I am very satisfied with the job.  Excellent customer service and great results.  The house looks almost like new.

    Integrity Remodeling & Construction LLC
First, Mike responded immediately when I first contacted him from Angie's List. (We are new to the area and knew no one, so we've had to rely on AL for all of the work that needs to be done). He was very helpful, courteous and professional. We were looking for a contractor to do the whole remodel, but ended up getting the roof job priced out separately and using Mike because his price was better for that part of the work. We would have liked to use him for the entire job, but we had to budget very carefully and this just made sense. His crew started promptly and kept a clean work site. We had a problem when a gully washer of a storm hit before the roof was completely sealed, causing some water damage....sagging wet ceiling, floor, etc. What really impressed us was how this was handled!! There were no excuses, no shortcut fixes....none of that! He came within the hour. (On a Saturday!). He had a crew right behind him! A great deal of care was taken to get up in our ceiling and take care of any water damage. Old insulation was pulled down, drywall/plaster replaced, everything carefully dried out and repainted. The floors were unharmed because of his prompt clean-up. I have a serious autoimmune disorder and am very susceptible to mold, so I can't tell you how appreciative we were that Mike did this all so carefully! So far, so good! Mike is very concerned about his reputation ("Integrity" is a perfect name for his company), so we really don't have any worries that he wouldn't stand behind this roof should something show up down the line. I think this whole situation is key to this review because it provides insight into this company's way of doing business. Things don't always go smoothly in life, and it's important to know how a contractor is going to be when they don't!!!!
