  Brandon and his team arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled time. He was easy for work at the exact time he said he would start. Random showed my family and I extraordinary proffesionalism. I've had this service done before but it really wasn't up to my standards. I must say, with his extreme attention to detail, I was very impressed. He even offers a 1 year guarantee and satisfaction.   I give Veteran's an A for professionalism because they did work very hard with me when my expectations were not met after their first try.
  Jim is a consummate professional, but I have to admit I was very upset when all of my plants around the deck were damaged (rows of elephant ears and cannas) as well several problem areas where the pressure washing did not clean the deck and fence and they had to be redone.
  Jim did work with me until I was satisfied and deducted for the damaged plants
  Overall I had to give the experience a C because it was pretty stressful, but I wish Jim and his company all the best..

  We really like Skinny Kenny Pressure Cleaning and Lawn Care a whole lot but we did change not because of anything that he did but we found someone that is also certified to do fertilizing. When we had Skinny Kenny, he was excellent and I would highly recommend him. I never had a problem, he always cleaned up his things. We never had any issues with him ever and he came when he said he was every 2 weeks.

  Initial visit Charles was meticulous to write down everything we discussed.  Over the next day or two he gave me a written capture of what we discussed and the estimate  of when project will be completed, weather permitting.   Gave me choice of projects/materials and the cost savings for each.  He asked for a very modest deposit to start the project.     He was flexible with adding or removing projects during the estimate phase and after; plus he was helpful during the assessment of the project, to recommend creative choices of how to repair without increasing the price, or to lower the estimate. One example is after he replaced the screens on sliding doors that my dogs busted out, he configured/attached a track to existing screen door frame  to insert a protective lattice which will keep the dogs from busting out the screens again - WOW!! this has saved my day and the dogs!  Was so tired of replacing screens.     Advised on best priced, type and quality of paint that best covers and protects; and the other materials necessary to complete the project.   Used quality products for the repair, example, put a solid wood door instead of the fiber filled door to replace a rotted door. He provided useful information about differences on steel doors vs real solid wood for my project. Plus the solid wood door cost less.   Installed a doggie door in the solid door, it is now very stable, works great.   Always kept me updated with email at end of day of inprogress review of work, and after finishing the project; He then gave me list of the next phases/project he would start, and what day he would begin.    He was flexible in small changes/adding to project gave me very honest and fair pricing.  Before he repaired eaves/facias, he checked for decay/damage.  He used proper type of hardware in the wood to keep structure from pulling apart, i.e., used wood screws instead of nails for repair.   Always prompt upon arriving, always completed project started, weather permitting.     He was careful in planning his time not to get pressed on time or with too many other jobs - conscientious to finish with quality results.  He explained to me he would rather take more time to do quality work -  I can attest to this, he spent necessary time to ensure it was completed right, I am sure happy with the results.    Please do not be in a hurry to have the job finished.  Quality work takes time.  Because he took his time to do job right, my house looks great, and I know the repairs will last.  Charles may work one other project on different days when working on yours, which is great because it keeps his cost down, which keeps your cost down.  He is skilled, knows how to do most any type repair on many types of projects, he does not sub out his work, and does not have to charge more for these subs, personally I do not want subs doing the work, I trust the one person, Charles, around my home when I am not around, he is honest and trustworthy.   You see the commercials on TV about the service person they hired who actually went the “extra mile” one day when they were unable to be home to let the dog out?  Well Charles is that guy.  I have 10 large guardian type dogs, not real friendly, who have the run of the yard and house.  They were  a factor in my choice for someone dependable, skilled and willing to work with and around the dogs.   The response to our phone call requesting information and estimates was immediate.  Mr. Windham came over and assessed our needs.  He listened to our plan and was willing to work with us through the stages that were necessary.  Mr. Windham did an excellent job on the garage and house washing.  Steve Busco and Steve Wheelock were highly professional and went out of their way to ensure that all work was exactly as hoped and explained every step they took so we were constantly aware of what was being done and the timeline.  We could not have been more pleased with these two both in their work and their genuine personalities--highly trustworthy.  Thank you.
