    It has probably been at least a year also. That is one reason we left him, we couldn't get an appointment with him and for some reason he was not taking the insurance my husband changed over to. They quit accepting military, some of them do. I don't know if that's what happens or not but we are using another doctor and using the same insurance as we were going to use with him which my husband likes better.

    He is very knowledgeable and is able to give good recommendations on, I had to get orthotic insoles and he gave me some good direction on that. It was limited for me because we have military insurance so, but he still gave me really good advice on what products to use. This wasn't his fault, he had to give me a shot in the bottom of my foot, I did not like that at all, but it did help. He is very knowledgeable and he is very kind. He is another one that sits down, takes his time, listens to what you have to say and has a really good bedside manner.  His office staff is very friendly. They get you right in so they're on time and you don't feel rushed. It was a really nice office if I remember correctly.

    He was great. I just remember him being very kind, very easy to talk to and very concerned about what is going on. I remember when he came into the room to talk to me he was just, I think he sat down, he shook my hand, he listened to what I had to say. I just remember being very at ease. Some of that stuff is very difficult to talk to somebody you don't know about. He was just very knowledgeable and I just really liked him. He is a nice kind person. He was not in a hurry, he took his time, listened to what I had to say and went from there.

    Receptionist is very unfriendly, which doesn't compare to Dr. Mancuso's rudeness and poor bedside manner. She's very argumentative, and gives medication for every little thing, rather than looking for a root cause, i.e. put me on blood pressure medication and birth control pills at the same time, then tried to have me take double the blood pressure meds. I got off birth control and started exercising - now I'm completely off medication. She was very dismissive when I tried to ask questions.

    His exam, probably a standardized exam, did not focus on my pain . After I told him that a prior steroid shot provided relief and where I was given the shot, he gave me a shot in another location that has not helped.

    He is wonderful. When you're dealing with allergy he thinks about what you are feeling. He listens and asks what would you like to accomplish and he monitors you. He is very effective and extremely personable. He is excellent! I can shout those phrases in the hospital.

    A complete recovery and feeling great! Dr. McQueen had one of the best bedside manners I have ever seen. He listened to my concerns and answered every question I had. I could not ask for more in an ENT. His nurse was very prompt in returningy calls and the support staff was very courteous. The office environment was very clean and organized. I highly recommend Dr. McQueen to any adult or for any child when it comes to ENT. It is great to see a doctor that truly cares for the health and well being of each of his patients as if they were his own child!

    While the wait time was awful and the office was always crowded, being the only OB office in town, I found him as pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable as all my friends who'd recommended him to me. I never felt that he rushed my appointment, and the office was well-organized.

    Typically, you check in wait, wait a few minutes, get called back and wait on the doctor. He is very helpful and friendly. He makes you feel welcome and like a person and not a number. He listens to you and truly has a calling for what he does.

    They have always been as helpful, just as much or more than any other doctor I have been to. I don't have anything bad to say. I have always been able to get in when I needed to. There is usually a normal wait time of about 20 minutes and the office is comfortable. They always call me right back and I have never had any problems with their billing.
