    They installed two separate mini split air conditioners in October and we only ran them a couple of days before cool weather set in. We immediately had problems in the spring and they came out for no charge to fix errors due to freon leaks, which was good. We had one summer with the other unit and it started spitting out ice. They came out and didn't fix it, but charged us $120... They said it needed a new part. ?t was under warranty and they ended up replacing the whole unit. That was an additional $312 for that for labor. My issue is the $120 for not fixing anything on the first service call.

    The bearing on the washing machine was going out. It started leaking. There was greasy brown water leaking out the bottom. I called one of the providers listed on Angie's list, and, though I'm sure they would have done a great job, they recommended I replace the entire inner tub, bearing and shaft, for the price of about $650. (I had seen on YouTube that the shaft alone could be replaced.) I called Preacher's (Luck's Heating and Cooling), and he said he could replace the shaft and bearing alone, and had never had to replace the entire tub. He ordered the part, and called me two days later. He came immediately to the house, and within an hour the machine was fixed. It cost $185 (115 for the part and 70 for the labor). I was able to hose off the outside of the tub and some other parts while he was fixing the bearing. It was easy. The machine should smell a lot better now as well. We are currently running a cycle to see if everything works ok. So far, so good. A shout-out goes to Angie's list for helping me find a "A" rated repair man! I would definitely call this guy again.

    Contacted contractor and was able to have a sales rep come out and perform an estimate that same day.   Once we agreed on the type  and efficiency of the  replacement system,  Woodall ordered the system that day and all work was completed two days later.   All debris was cleaned up and hauled away.  Contractor explained operation of the new system,  demonstrated use of the thermostat and registered our new  15.5 SEER heat pump system with Lennox for us. Approximate square footage of our house is 2627 sq ft. System replaced was 17 years old.  I  am very satisfied and extremely pleased with the quietness of the new system.

    The company was available to fix the problem within hours and accommodated their schedule to mine. They honored the ten-year warranty on the Carrier system and did not charge for the service call. Super professional service! The office staff is courteous and customer oriented. It is a relief to deal with a company that can fix a cooling problem promptly when the outside temperature is over 80 degrees. This company also helped me apply for a rebate when I bought the Carrier system. The Carrier system has helped lower my heating and air conditioning bills. It is also environmentally friendly. Am further impressed with the care they rook to place the unit on a concrete slab. Moisture from the Carrier system drains through a pipe outside the house. With this Carrier system, air is fresh and there is never a whiff of mold or mildew. All in all, my purchase of a Carrier system from this company has been a plus and the customer service, first rate.

    We've used Stinnett for our home heating and cooling issues for several years and we've never been disappointed. The folks in their Enterprise office are always cordial and helpful; the technicians who come to the house are professional. I called this morning a little after 8:00. About 90 minutes later I got a call back telling me a technician was on the way. Tom arrived around 10 and by 11 our problem was resolved. He explained the work he completed and told me to call right away if we continued to have problems (which I doubt we will have to do). Previous dealings with Stinnett have always gone about the same way.

    Ryan came to my home to evaluate our system and give an  estimate for replacing a 16 year old heating/cooling system.  We had agreed through communiques via Angie's List messaging  that he would come between 1pm and 3pm.  He called about 20 minutes before his arrival and did arrive within the arranged time at about 1:20.  After examining the unit with me, he agreed that the system had exceeded its life expectancy and before he worked up a quote for replacing it Ryan offered to perform a test to determine if the system would qualify for Gulf Power's current rebate incentives.  He offered to do this free of charge and began the test;  however, after several minutes he informed me that the system was dangerously low on freon and that the test results were not acceptable unless the freon levels were raised.  I balked because first of all I knew about the leaks and hesitated at charging a leak riddled unit and second, because I had heard quotes anywhere from $94 to $104  per pound for this older type freon.  Ryan sympathized and offered to charge only 40 dollars per pound warning that without it the unit would be apt to freeze up.  I consented, partly since there would be no one at home in the next 24 to 48 hours to notice if it were to freeze up and call for service, and partly because it seemed that the test for qualifying for rebates couldn't be completed otherwise.   
     The test results did determine that the unit qualified for the Gulf Power rebate incentives and Ryan wrote up quotes for four different options, two being 13 SEER rated 5 ton heat pumps and two being 15 SEER rated 5 ton heat pumps.  His quotes were significantly less expensive than competitors but we have not made a final decision on whom to use.  I just want to remark that Ryan was courteous, professional, informative (answered my many questions knowledgeably and patiently and thoroughly) and respectful.

    They carry all the name brand systems and do a great job with installation. Overall, they are a great company to work with and I have been using them for 5 years. They are the only ones I would call for the work they do. They are very prompt when answering your calls, even on weekends. And there is not an extra weekend charge. Everybody is very polite and do an excellent job cleaning up afterwards as well.

    Arriving home after a two-month absence I found that one of my heat pump units and Stop working. The inside temperature was 91and deg; during this Alabama summer. I called Woodall's heating and air-conditioning to see if I could set up an appointment to have someone come out and look at the system.
    To my surprise they were able to get a technician to my home within a couple of hours. The technician Mr. Bo Long, Immediately went to work diagnosing the problem and in a very short time he was able to tell me just what the magnitude of the damages were and what needed to be done to repair the unit and once again make it operational. Bo showed me the components that had failed and those components that would still work but would likely fail shortly and led me through a decision-making process so that I felt I was part of the solution to once again making the heat pump operational.
    I elected to take the more expensive course of action and replace those components that not only failed but ones that had been weakened by the failing components. Bo and his office support folks made an extra effort to get a new compressor and fan motor in two days instead of the normal 4 days so as to have my system running before the weekend.
    I have used Woodall's Heat and Air Conditioning in the past and they continue to be professional, thorough, and effective with very knowledge customer oriented technicians The old axiom that, and quot;You get what you pay for.and quot; from me experience doesn't apply to Woodall's. I have always gotten more than my money's worth in quality service and equipment.

    fMiller & Humphrey arrived on time & started work immediately.  They removed the old unit and proceeded to put in the new one.
    We were so happy because for the last 2-3 years, at the hottest part of the summer, the unit would freeze up & not cool at all.
    The men finished & went on to the 2nd work order; fixing our very loose electric outlets..  They repaired those, and were finished.
    Very personable & friendly men!    We were super pleased  with their work.
