AShe took xrays and reviewed them with me. She then proceeded to perform chiropractic manipulative care on my area of pain. By the time I left her office I was much better. I returned 2 days later for follow-up treatment. Shortly after that visit I was back to 100%. My entire experience was pleasant from the front office to Dr Hufstutler.

AHe's very professional and he explains everything thoroughly to the level which I can understand. He's always available. You wait maybe a couple of minutes in the waiting room. They're like a family there. They're really nice. I go in there nervous and worried and they just calm me right down. They work with you no matter what kind of insurance you have.

AJones, Dr. RussellI most recently sought treatment for a stiff neck, and a hip with joint problems stemming from a motorcycle accident years ago. The hip problem is something that can be treated, but not remedied, and I'm aware of this. The stiff neck was stress-induced. Dr. Jones has a gentle, compassionate manner, listens to your complaints and adjusts accordingly. He's what I call a "traditional" chiropractor, with a hands-on adjustment manner. He's thorough, yet efficient, and you're in and out in a very reasonable amount of time without feeling rushed. His small waiting room is calm, peaceful and relaxing. There's generally some music playing, and rarely more than one or two other people waiting, since he keeps his appointment schedule manageable and is realistic about the amount of time he spends with his patients. Rarely is there a wait of more than 5 minutes for treatment. After your treatment, he may select to follow it with heat/cold treatments, or one of the various machines to relax, stretch, stimulate or massage. All treatment is cash-based, they don't file insurance. But you will be provided with a detailed treatment report/invoice to submit on your own, should you choose. The practice accepts cash, checks and credit cards.- Debbie T.

AHollowell, Dr. Craig C.I've just been using them since January and my husband has been using them a little longer. I was in a lot of pain and I felt better; it helped right away. He seems to really want to help and he's got a nice staff. It's so convenient that he has a massage therapist in the office. He has an array of services. You can go in for a massage or you can go in for other services that make you feel better. He is very accommodating; I work long hours and he's willing to stay open late for me if I need him to. He seems interested in the latest techniques that will help people. He is well organized and clean. I wish that he would open earlier but on the other hand, he is open late.- Leslie G.

AHall, Dr. Randall S.I have been under the care of 4 other chiropractors for the past 3 years. I decided to try something different so I called Dr. Halls office and much to my surprise he answered himself on a friday morning and I asked him if he could see me on a Sat. morning (knowing he is closed on Fridays through Sun.) and he so nicely said "I would be happy to", there was the follow up question from me "how much more will it cost me" and he just said "come on in sat. morning and lets get you better and theres no extra charge" . And I will have to say now I am his patient for life.... NO PAIN AT ALL... DR. HALL You are AWESOME............- scott s.

AHollowell, Dr. Craig C.I saw Dr. Hollowell for severe backaches and headaches, and within the second visit I was feeling amazing. He's really nice and explains everything. He has charts that he goes over with you and is very personable. Everyone in the office is really sweet and nice. The first visit is about $165, and that includes everything. After that I only had to pay $25, and he is willing to do payment plans for anyone who needs to do that. They also have massage chairs and a water therapy bed that they don't charge you for using them, and also have massage therapists there for you.- Jenifer V.

BHall, Dr. Randall S.It went okay. He did a decent visual and hands on assessment with no X-rays. I only went to him twice and billing was out of pocket with cash only. First appointment was very pricey but the following appointments were more reasonable. I did not have cash on me the first day but he knew I needed the adjustment so he let me pay at the following visit which was highly accommodating. I did not receive any acupuncture, only spinal adjustments.- Kaylee D.

FBack On Track Family ChiropracticWe just moved to the area and had been previously went to a very good Chiropractor on a weekly/monthly basis. We drove by the Back On Track Family Chiropractic location and thought we would give it a try. We had tried to research reviews in the local area, but apparently people around here have never heard of this concept because there was nothing listed for local Chiropractors. Our first appointment seemed a little odd from the minute we walked in. Aromatherapy and spiritual music were in full force, and the place was full of displays featuring vitamins, supplements, proteins, etc. It was more like a Gold's Gym or a spa than a Chiropractors office. The basic info was gathered for patient history and x-rays were taken to ensure no major back issues which was all fine. Our 1 hour long appointment with the Dr. was basically much talking and little else. He was very up, energized and positive (a little too much)... it kind of reminded me of listening to Tony Roberts infomercials about positive thinking. My x-rays were not reviewed and I received no adjustment (which is why I went there). I was told to come back the next morning for my next appointment and the Dr. will have already read the x-rays and will perform the adjustment. I showed up the next morning and sat in a room with other people who were there as well. I did not understand what was going on, but I went with it. Then we started watching this strange video about third world countries, nutrition deficiencies, and other topics that had nothing to do with chiropractic care, so I had had enough and got up and left. My time is valuable and I am very busy, so I have no patience for people that waste it. I later did some research on something called Maximized Living which was plastered all over his office. Turns out that Maximized Living is some sort of association of medical "professionals" that professes this holistic life style. Please research this Maximized Living group and you will read MANY bad reviews from people that have had experience with it. I recommend you do your research and make your own decision. I have been to many Chiropractor appointments over the years and this was just plain weird. I will NOT go back and waste another penny of my money or my time.- Gunnar C.
